Newly-confirmed NASA administrator Jared Isaacman said “we’re just months away from sending American astronauts around the moon for the first time in more than half a century.” “We're going to want to get there, start the development of our lunar base, so I would say that's of pretty great interest,” Isaacman said. “There's an awful lot to learn on the moon, and it’s something we should be working on as we develop our deep space capabilities.” Isaacman spoke to CBS News’ Major Garrett on his plans for putting U.S. astronauts back on the moon and beyond.

Mystery Solved? Earlier today, U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll Dropped a Bomb and said we have an Army Astronaut the Moon June 10, he spoke to an Army Astronaut on the International Space Station. I’d normally be willing to accept that’s what he meant, but how in the world do you mix up THE MOON with the International Space Station? lol I feel like little disclosure nuggets are being dropped on us in discreet ways. Whatcha think? A. No… he meant moon B. He mistakenly said Moon but really meant the International Space Station

Thermal cameras have the ability to show us when objects are behind, versus in front of a light source. So how come when we point it at the moon on a cloudy night...it tells us there are clouds both in front of, AND BEHIND the moon? I thought the moon was 238,000 miles away??🤨
