This is a very serious issue. Yet, Bawumia and his government would rather spend $3 million dollars on creating an app while innocent children struggle with the lack of basic, quality classrooms for learning. It’s heartbreaking to see this. Ghana leaders have failed us and are all corrupt, unscrupulous, and incompetent.
