A 10 month old surrendered to the New York Animal Care Centers with the excuse(s) NO TIME and MOVING. They made it perfectly clear she was unwanted. After digging for more info, it seems this poor puppy seems to have come from a major hoarding situation where there were 16 dogs and 9 puppies were confiscated. Little by little they were coming to the shelter. We are so grateful that a new foster stepped up to save her life. They also saved another dog Mr Brisby 212361 who will be joining the family after he gets neutered. Welcome to Pound Hounds ResQ Bella. You're #outtathestinkinshelter
