@JeffreyGoldberg Actually I’m good: The United States has a significantly higher per capita GDP than Canada. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) 2026 outlook, the nominal GDP per capita for the United States is approximately $94,430, while Canada’s stands at roughly $60,300.

Because without the U.S., Canada really doesn’t have a country. They do almost all of their business with us, and if we say we want our cars to be made in Detroit, with a stroke of a pen, I can make that happen. And other things, in addition to that, would not allow Canada to be a viable country.

The dumbest thing Canada has done to their citizens is engaging in a trade war with America and then convince their citizens that they can win it. 😂 All Canada had to do is remove the tariffs they already had on US goods. The US literally just put reciprocal tariffs on them and Canada continues to act like it’s completely unjustified 🙄

Peter Navarro today saying since 1987 Canada has out negotiated the U.S. on trade deals and have taken advantage of them. Canada left the table over the China transshipment issue where China ships their goods to Canada and then Canada gets them to the U.S. market which would avoid higher tariffs vs China shipping directly to the U.S. He also says Canada is interfering in their elections by targeting certain states with their tariffs.
