Meaning they can recall you at any time during that. Not sure of that means she still actually a member.

So this looks like a political event. Wearing of the uniform is strictly forbidden at political events. The DoD forbids this as wearing the uniform makes a person a representative of the respective service. As she is a speaking member of these virtual rallies, she is a speaker at a political event wearing her military uniform. (Hatch Act, DoD Directive 1344.10) Generally, separated members are not authorized to wear their military uniforms in a manner that could imply endorsement of a political party or candidate. As she was an officer she can be recalled into service and court martialed for this behavior.

Unauthorized Use of Uniforms – Former service members are generally permitted to wear their uniforms for specific occasions such as funerals, official ceremonies, and military-related events. However, wearing a uniform for personal gain, misrepresentation, or commercial purposes—particularly on social media—can be problematic and may violate military regulations. Military Regulations – The Department of Defense (DoD) has strict guidelines regarding the wear of military uniforms by both current and former service members. Wearing of the uniform after getting out has always been a grey area. Usually, people wear part(s) of their uniform when attending things like veteran parades and such. I don't think you have much of a fight on this issue. However, a better fight would be her speaking in public (yes, social media is considered public speaking) in uniform. While wearing the uniform speaking in public, there are many more rules that dictate/govern what you can or cannot say since it's perceived you are speaking on behalf of the military.
