Asking myself what happened before he started to record the video?

Im sure he said something wrong to the officers before the video judging by the way they are treating him.

Am glad they did not help him, why is he not stating what he was told off camera. People need to start respecting police officers irrespective of colour race or religion, I was at the same police station earlier with correct documents to certify & also get an affidavit 10/10.

@masotobe39 The Police Officer mentions that they explained everything to him and he didn’t listen. Taking a video after to try and make Police Officers look like they’re not doing their job is stupidity.

An original document is needed to certify a copy of that document, by law I see nothing wrong with the action of the police officer. The complainant should have went the to ask only for an avidavit to explain that he has lost all his documents, apply for new

Let me understand this. Is it correct to refuse to do your work because the client is at fault? The officers refused to repeat on video what they told him. Maybe it's them who were at fault which explains why they don't want it on record.

The officer on the video says that there’s already been an interaction before the camera started rolling, but his video starts with “Good morning..” as if he just got there, and he expects them to explain again for the camera. Are they shooting a documentary?

I see nothing wrong here. The guy wants his license certified and he's got the original. The fact that he's recording ummmn still doesn't get away from the fact that you need to do your job and serve & protect.
