I can’t help but notice a pattern…

The plane should deboard in seat order but if you get up and grab your bag/ help others retrieve their bag while others are deboarding it just makes it more efficient. Personally I stand right away but I don't advance just stretch the legs then I'll sit back down

Fuck that stand up and get ready to go, if I have to wait for your ass to get out of your seat, then you weren't ready. Some people are slow as hell to stand up! And THEN they have to grab their bags. No thanks.

I’m not trying to sound racist but that was weird. You should NOT stand up until it’s about your rows turn to go. Everyone standing up and getting in aisle is most ignorant shit ever!

I have no idea why people seem to confuse “standing” with getting up and rushing to the front. These are not the same.

Finally someone got it right….it’s ok if you need to stretch your legs! I’m very tall and and on some planes that means your knees are pressed into the seat in front of you for multiple hours.

It’s more rude to sit and not get your bags out of the overhead before it’s your aisle’s turn. The ones taking their time holding up the rest are the real issue. If you’re okay being slow, stay seated and let everyone pass. I pass everyone walking slow as shit in gates anyways

Ask the real question, it’s illegal to stand up when the plan lands and is still moving. Once it’s at the gate and seatbelt light goes off, stand up, get your shit, get other peoples shit and stretch your legs and just be ready

Go ahead and stand up if you’re on the aisle, just don’t advance before it’s your turn.

Standing up is not the same as rushing forward down the aisle. My back kills me on planes and I can’t wait to just stand next to my seat.

You can stand, but what you can’t do is move closure to the door. Also I think we need to talk about the people who sit there and then go “oh is it my turn” and take forever to get there stuff and move. We’ve been on the plane for hours, no need to delay it any more.

Nothing worse than someone that stays seated and then fights to get their bags from the overhead. Then by the time they get it down there is a 100’ gap of nobody. Get off the plane asap…ALWAYS
