Asmon is less a slave to his audience than the majority of streamers. Doesn't mean he's immune to populist sentiment within his viewer-sphere, but I can't remember the last time he allowed his audience to bully him out of a point that he believes in.

Id love someone to elaborate on when he's ever been inconsistent about his views and catered to his audience. People calling him audience captured have no idea what that means. Its the same with the word "grifter". No one knows wtf that means anymore.

He is. He openly admitted that he loves the attention multiple times on stream. That's why he looks at chat for approval and anyone he disagrees with gets put on blast.

He literally called into Hasans stream after the backlash he got from the "Palestinians are an inferior culture" comment for damage control and to ensure everybody he doesn't support Israel and ever since then he pussyfoots around this topic

100% he is… he is constantly side eyeing the chat to see where they’re at. He will derail his entire stream for somebody with 12 followers having a different opinion to him and then try and argue out with them before banning them. He’s a mess I can’t believe I used to watch his drivel.

Asmon routinely calls his chat retards and makes bets against them. He's constantly doing stuff his chat doesn't like. Anyone claiming he's audience captured either doesn't watch him or is lying.

Asmongold is someone who holds pretty different political beliefs than his chat. Many call him far-right, when his actual beliefs speak center left. He's edgy, hyperbolic, dramatic for his audience, but he doesn't change what he thinks FOR them. He's been very consistent.

The fact that asmon’s audience includes hatewatchers doesn’t mean he isn’t audience captured.

For example Asmond is okay with abortions but some of his audience is not asmond is okay with trans adults “16 -17 trans could be arguable” but some of his audience is against it as a whole. Just a couple of examples I think of when chat wasn’t always agreeing with him.

I used to watch him every single day for a long time, this was exactly the reason I stopped watching him, him being soooooooooo much audience captured. Funny he says that :D

Unlike Hasan, Asmon has cultivated an audience. It’s why Hasan is so envious, he can’t capture an audience, he can only radicalize it (IMO). The puff pieces on Hasan will never matter, he has isolated himself in a bubble and a ROACH King sits atop the throne from an attic.
