@Asmongold @Reddit @Twitch This is something people don’t understand about these “personalities” by getting their fans to defend them they create discourse that both reaffirms their current fans, and creates hate watchers that can be converted. Asmon is basically the king of this

@Asmongold @Reddit @Twitch Meanwhile, Hasan has to beg LSF to ban him because he can't take criticism.

He's 100% Right! Back when BFA dropped in 2018 & he put out that YT video criticizing the expansion, I thought he was ridiculous! It was my 1st time ever watching his videos & I thought he was nuts. But then 1 day around January 2019 I decided to check out his streams & found myself agreeing with pretty much everything he said & his reasoning behind it all. Been a fan ever since! I'm sure there's thousands like me, just like he said 😅

@Asmongold @Reddit @Twitch He's not lying, I started watching him because all I kept seeing about him is hate and I was like he can't be that bad and started watching, haven't stopped since. People love lying about him.

@Asmongold @Reddit @Twitch In any of his Trump glazing videos has he ever attempted to fact check or figure out if something is truthful. It seems like he consumes media that is very positive on Trump and never actually tries to fact check anything. I wouldn't call that a truthful person.

@Asmongold @Reddit @Twitch "core truth" is just another way of saying "common sense" or as Stephen Colbert coined "truthiness" just because you can make something feel true to someone, does not mean it is.

@Asmongold @Reddit @Twitch I was a massive supporter of The Watcher YouTube channel when they “Left YouTube” and was so mad I watched every video about the drama that was made and Asmongold had the most thorough and fair take. Nailed exactly why I was pissed and since then I been a huge fan.

RM shared that “they don’t know ’bout us” was inspired by conversations with Jimin about emotions, perspective, and how people perceive them! 🐨: “Um, ‘they don’t know ’bout us’ is a song that Jimin really checked up on and worked on a lot. Jimin always said that through this session, he really improved a lot. Not just in singing, but also in learning vocals and writing melodies too. Before making this song, me, Jimin, and the songwriters there had worked on another song called ‘Weak.’ While talking about what kind of story we should tell, I brought up the phrase, ‘You make me weak.’ That was what I had in mind. But actually, it was something directed toward you guys. ‘You make me weak.’ It’s something you’d say to someone you love. ‘You always make me weak.’ But that feeling can be both bad and good, kind of like normal emotions. [….] Then Jimin asked me, ‘Hyung, why is it “You make me weak”?’ Why does it make you weak? And I said, because people… they actually don’t know us. They can’t know us. Even I don’t fully know myself. While talking about that, I think Jimin found that idea really interesting. The idea that: ‘People make me weak because they don’t really know me.’ The next day, Jimin and I ended up splitting into different rooms, and I think there, with DOC and some sampling they brought in, they turned it into ‘they don’t know ’bout us.’ If you watch the performance, there are all those eyes and faces appearing on the iPad or tablet screens. So originally, this song actually started as something written for ARMYs, but in the end, it became a really aggressive song directed at people outside who don’t really know us at all.”
