No, they should've pocketed the money
It's a terrible call. I get that they want to at least break even, instead of taking a total loss, but not everyone who got refunded is going to go buy another ticket. I'd say, at best, half of those people will still go. Not to mention, everyone who does go will have to deal with the horrors of LA traffic/parking on a Saturday night.
@Asmongold is absolutely correct. Especially with most people thinking the event isn't going to happen, it's best to refund everyone
It won't save them from a Class-Action Lawsuit unless they're offering refunds on cancelation fees on Hotels and Airfare
