And he is correct. If you did your time whether it be jail or probation you should not have issues getting a job. But they make it impossible for them to get jobs and then you get repeat offenders because they feel like they have no other choice

I am close to someone that tried to shoplift a beanie when she was 21, 1st offense and they charged her and arrested her. She has not broken the law in over 5 years since, and it still prevents her from getting jobs. I can't imagine having a felony and trying work a normal job.
