Lokayukta Crackdown: ₹14.38 Crore Unearthed in Raids on Minister’s Private Secretary Bengaluru In a sweeping anti-corruption operation, the #Karnataka #Lokayukta on Wednesday uncovered assets worth approximately ₹14.38 crore during raids on Sardar Sarfraj Khan, private secretary to Housing and #Minority Welfare Minister B.Z. Zameer Ahmed Khan. More than 100 Lokayukta officials carried out simultaneous searches at 13 locations across the state including #Bengaluru . The investigation revealed immovable assets valued at ₹8.44 crore, including four luxury houses and 37 acres of agricultural land. Movable assets worth ₹5.93 crore were also seized, comprising jewelry estimated at nearly ₹2.99 crore, a fleet of high-end vehicles worth ₹1.64 crore, bank deposits and investments totaling ₹1.29 crore, and cash amounting to ₹66,500. Sarfaraz Khan, a senior official from the Directorate of Co-operative Societies currently on deputation as Secretary to the Housing and Minority Welfare Department, is now under scrutiny. Lokayukta officials are examining the large volume of documents and financial records seized to determine the full extent of Khan’s alleged disproportionate wealth.

Gaussian Splats are quickly becoming one of my favorite ways to move complex 3D assets between workflows. For this test I started with Panthera Spelaea, the Blender 5.2 splash artwork by Joanna Kobierska, available from under CC-BY. Using GPT-6 Astra, I had it build a 200-frame camera rig and send the renders directly to The Render Network through the API and export a COLMAP data set. NEXT: COLMAP → Postshot → Gaussian Splat. The result is a real-time, high-fidelity version of an insanely dense asset - millions of hairs and all - that I can now bring back into OTOY Octane, relight, reframe, drop into other scenes, or even publish straight to the web. Capture the visual complexity once, then carry it anywhere. Check out the splat:

New clean 3D AI workflow Control Rig physics in UEFN! Been exploring some more hybrid AI workflows lately, and for 3D assets splitting the model into parts is kinda essential. This video shows my first test using AssetHub, one of the cleanest ways i've used to keep the whole generation process organized. It auto-detected the pose in my main image and broke it down into parts, then generated images for each. From there I can just iterate on each piece separately and generate the 3D models in one workflow. AssetHub is still in closed beta atm, so let me know if you want to try it out. Main reference image came from Grok Imagine. All the part images and high poly meshes were done in AssetHub, selected Tripo 3.1 as the main model. After that I ran it through Hunyuan 3D for retopo + unwrap. Final assembly in Blender. Baked normals from high to low poly. End result: under 60K tris, 3 materials, 2K textures. Also Control Rig physics in Unreal Engine are insane. It finally validates in UEFN too, so of course I had to test it out.

There are serious problems in our oil & gas sector, including confounding instances of corruption such as the oil theft ridicule. With the Dangote Refinery on stream, the problems are now popping up like popcorn. But we owe it to ourselves that the Dangote Refinery succeeds: it's about the only one we have now to resolve the shame of an oil producing nation that imports PMS. Indeed, Dangote also needs to address certain concerns, but it serves no meaningful purpose for the government regulator- NMDPRA trying to run down what is the best industrial effort in this country in several decades. See the clip of MY TAKE in the current edition of #InsideSources below. Full edition replay tomorrow Sunday only on Channels Television 8am. Also always available on YouTube

Throughout the night and into the morning, emergency rescue operations have been underway in the Donetsk and Dnipro regions. In Kharkiv, rubble is being cleared after a strike on apartment buildings. 27 people were injured, including three children. The youngest, a girl, is just three years old. Three people have been hospitalized. Unfortunately, there was one fatality in Odesa. My condolences to the family and loved ones. The Russians launched 101 drones against Ukraine, most of them Russian-Iranian “shaheds”. Many regions were affected, and air raid sirens are blaring again across many regions this morning due to attack drones. In total, over the past week, there were around 1,270 drones, 39 missiles, and nearly a thousand guided bombs. We are strongly counting on our partners to fully deliver on what we have agreed. Air defense remains the top priority for protecting lives. We are also actively advancing agreements on investing in our domestic weapons production, including all types of drones. Special focus is on interceptor drones. We are contracting at full capacity. I thank all partners who are helping.

Here's a sneaky peak the next release of the GB Renewables Map, or should I say the GB Not Just a Renewables Map… That's right, all types of power assets are coming to the map! Plus a whole bunch of other improvements. It's been an absolutely massive piece of work that's sucked up most of my evenings and free time, but I'm very nearly there now. And if you didn't already know, yup, this a hobby project I do for fun outside of my day job… because I'm weird like that. This video shows how things currently look with all the power assets visible, though you might also notice a few other additions if you look closely… It still has some rough edges so I'm in two minds whether to just put this live and work on fixes and improvements as I go. This is a huge change to the code and to the whole concept for the map, so I'm not entirely sure I'll ever have it 100% nailed down. I'm also cautious letting perfect be the enemy of good enough. I don't think there's anything awfully broken though, I've tested it so much it's probably more robust than the current version of the map! Though there will inevitably be things that I've overlooked. Even in its current state it's already proven incredibly valuable for me to learn more about what's happening during periods of constraint on the grid, like seeing which assets are being turned up to balance things out. What do you think? Shall I put this live and we can find the quirks together?

Working on PT in DX12, made me understand CPU timeline and GPU tmelines lot better. DS3 uses deferred command lists to render GBuffer. I already did a lot of rewiring with command lists for eg execution motion blur command list before PT is rendered. It usually is executed after scene is rendered. LE needs to update buffers for eg to capture at full res and FP16 precision. LE needs to override the camera projection for Jitter/ReverseZ and also for editor. While the Jitter/ReverseZ are ensured that they are updated, the UpdateSubResource was done during draw-call while tracking dirty flags. Now I just bind the my override cb and use Interlocked exchange to capture the core buffers only once and make sure the Camera data is updated correctly before any command lists are executed. In DS2 everything is done on the immediate command list and is single threaded renderer, so things are much easier to track down and update.

This is crazy! With LTX 2 in ComfyUI i was able to keep my original camera movement + it did a full lip-sync on the singing haha. All running locally. I made the original video back in 2021 when Metahumans first came out and we were working in Unreal Engine 4. This music video was some kind of result from my first experiments with Livelink and Control Rig at that time. Now the new AI improved version is not perfect and i didn’t train any lora for character consistency yet. I also didn’t have the original video file anymore so I downloaded the Youtube version as input haha. However the camera result + facial expressions are really promising! I wonder how it would handle more complex and fast shots though.

They ripped out his teeth and eyelids… and said he died of a blood clot This is not a story from history books — it’s what a Ukrainian boy told us about his friend who didn’t survive Russian torture. In my interview with CNN , I spoke about how Russia’s war targets not only our land but also our children — their identity, their minds, and their future. Our report Return Every Child exposes the systematic indoctrination, abduction, and brutalization of Ukrainian children under occupation. These are not isolated crimes. They are part of a deliberate strategy to erase a generation. 📹 Watch the full interview to hear the truth the world must not ignore — and share it so more people understand what is happening to Ukraine’s children. #SaveUkraine #ReturnEveryChild #HumanRights #ChildrenOfWar #StopDeportations #WarCrimes

I interviewed Jonathan, Game Director on Path of Exile 2 for ~1h during #gamescom Here is my summary about the details he shared and what's next. Some notes here, full video on my channel (too long for X unfortunately) Duelist - lots of combo playstyles intended - both simple and sophisticated builds should be successful - stance dance can be achieved via skill use in early game - also via support gems, uniques, frenzy charges later for more fluid playstyle Melee viability - it's a concern - forced attack time getting removed from most/all skills, enabling full Attack Speed scaling Div cards - general idea the same - will help SSF players a lot - has too much bloat in PoE 1 - will look different in PoE 2 but not 100% decided how - potentially not coming in 1.0 (I think) Skill/Support Gems design - Druid is the template going forward - rework of existing gems to fit that style Uniques - recent uniques are the template for new designs (impactful choices, offering unique skills, etc.) - old uniques had PoE 1 philosophies that are getting updated to fit the same style & improve viability Endgame mapping - full control over map layout not happening - perhaps stuff like terraforming of biomes - long-term atlas updates are planned PoE 1 - new PoE 2 tech is slowly getting introduced to PoE 1 - e.g. techs like pause feature, later character rigs/animations and more

Footage taken #realtime #ingame inside #E2V1, the 1:1 scale playable #Earth we are building 🌏✌️ This is what it looks like running around inside #E2V1. A reminder that #E2V1 stands for Earth 2 Version 1 which we consider to only be the very first version & one we will improve over time. #HorrorWarning.. I really love this outfit, I have been watching the footage every time I get a chance.. it's addictive. So much work goes into these and our team did an amazing, high quality job with this skin! We also tried something a little different this time by including some #LimitedEdition pre-configured sets for those who want to lock down something a little different in advance. These preconfigured sets will be protected in the #EcoSim from exact copies. Other #Players may be able to tailor something similar with quite a bit of effort, but they will not be able to copy these specific versions perfectly. Also any versions that are altered will be classified as #tailored, not the original. Aside from these sets, we have also kept the single original modular items which are priced from $2.00-$5.00 for those who just want to grab a special piece. Finally, just a (horror) warning that while we have a few more special complete character outfits coming up, these full outfits will also not appear as often over time as we focus more on single modular items in drops (i.e a single jacket, or shirt, boots not part of a set). So full set outfits will become less frequent over time as well. Remember, it is completely optional to purchase these #skins, it will be impossible for people to keep up with every facet of #Earth2 as we continue to expand & I know many of you love #Earth2, but don't feel bad if you miss something. Meet Debit, an AI-powered financial agent, with access to third party credit products and onchain financial services via any AI platform. Debit AI: Debit AI App: Deploy autonomous agents that run through any MCP client, including Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini. Agents execute onchain actions and can run autonomous strategies: trade, swap, bridge, borrow, lend, stake, and more. The Debit Agent runs and executes on the instructions set, within the limits set. "Keep collateral above 200%." "Rotate to the highest-yielding stablecoin on an approved list weekly." "Sell a quarter of a position if it drops x% below entry." Agents can be set up in routines on any preferred AI app, to monitor positions and execute when conditions are met. Even program a trading strategy in plain language. → Spot swaps across ten-plus chains → Borrow & loop collateral tokens → Monitor collateral and rebalance on triggers Define entry, sizing and exit conditions in ChatGPT or Claude routines. The agent executes them onchain. Debit is non custodial. Assets stay under the holder's control at all times. Each agent runs within limits set: assets, venues, position size, chains, daily spend cap. Use Debit AI via the chat interface on the Debit dashboard, or connect Debit's MCP server to the AI assistant already in use. Debit can use crypto assets as collateral: WBTC, WETH, and other supported collateral assets. Stablecoin loans via Teller are time based, with no margin calls. Price moves do not trigger liquidation during the term. At the end of the term, an unrepaid loan is settled from collateral. Debit also helps understand traditional credit options for personal, business and auto lending. Built on Teller, the lending protocol that has processed $80M+ in cumulative loan volume across 100+ assets. $DEBIT is the utility token of Debit AI. It works as AI usage credits. Spend DEBIT to run the agent: strategy execution, portfolio analysis, debt planning, cross chain routing, monitoring, and more. Agents consume credits continuously while running. DEBIT is allocated to those who participated in the protocol. → Users with Teller points, earned by borrowing with crypto-assets as collateral → Participants in the Fortune Teller NFT ecosystem Tokenomics: $DEBIT Debit is not a bank, is not a lender, and is not FDIC insured. Digital assets are volatile and can lose their full value. Autonomous agents can execute at unfavorable prices or fail to execute. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Debit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity or Google. Services are not available in all jurisdictions and eligibility restrictions apply. See Terms of Service.
