🚨BREAKING: Border Patrol agents were caught attempting to force an arrest inside a private home… without a warrant. The video shows agents were already in someone’s front yard trying to detain a man. The homeowner comes out and tells them to leave, because they are on private property. The man they’re trying to detain is saying the same thing… you’re on private property… get out. Instead of backing off… an agent grabs him around the waist, trying to tackle the man. The man breaks free, crawling to the door, and goes inside the house. At that point, this should’ve been over. Because under the Constitution, entering a home without a warrant is one of the clearest lines law enforcement are not allowed to cross. But, they cross it anyway. One agent grabs his foot as he’s going in… and then both agents follow him inside the home, while the homeowner is actively telling them to get out. Over and over. This is exactly what the Supreme Court ruled against in Payton v. New York… law enforcement cannot enter a home to make an arrest without a warrant. And in Lange v. California… they made it clear you don’t get to chase someone into their home, for a non-serious offense, and call it “hot pursuit.” They were told to leave private property… and didn’t. They attempted a detention without respecting that boundary. And then forced their way into a home anyway. All without a warrant.

On an Indigo flight while landing, an elderly man looked anxious and confused. Staff were trying to calm him, but a passenger shouted and called him an 'idiot'. Absolutely shameful. This old man is someone's father. The person shouting at him is someone's son — and probably failing badly as one. If he can treat a senior like this in public, imagine how he behaves with his own parents at home. Respect elders. A little patience costs nothing. Shouting at an old man is never justified.

When police arrived on the scene, they couldn’t find the man in the house but he was in the garage. He was sitting in the front of the car with a red gasoline container in his hands. When Police asked him to exit the car, he refused. They then broke the window, and the man began chugging the gasoline from the container. I’ve combined three of the videos into this longer one. This man (?) ran up to me and punched me in the face as I was crossing a crosswalk, and then jumped on a bus which was right there. I went on the bus get his image for the police, and was then assaulted again. He’s shrieking that I am hurting him even though I’m not touching him. In fact, I’m backing away as he crawls forward, grabs my signs, and pulls me towards him. I’m working to acquire footage of the original street assault.

Peter Obi is such a class act. There’s just a lot to learn from him. It says a lot that despite Peter Rufai not supporting him in the past, it is Peter Obi who is showing up to stand with the family of the late Peter Rufai in their time of grief. True leadership is about humanity, empathy, and service and Peter Obi continues to prove that he is a true leader indeed. They didn’t support him, but here he is showing them support all the way. Tinubu that they supported has refused to show compassion or even hear their pains or listen to them. Peter Obi is exceptional.
