@SpeedworksBath @ACLrecoveryCLUB Great work Jonas. Never thought to look at loss of step length.

@SpeedworksBath @ACLrecoveryCLUB Some times it’s loss of length, In others there is an over compensation by having big step lengths, big over striding on injured limb, lots of amortisation and very long ground contacts. So step length has anomalies in both directions. Signified by long or short contact times.

@ACLrecoveryCLUB Not a one size fits all - lots of different compensations based on athletes physical and neural history/status BUT ... As a coaches 👁️ playbook: 1. hztl/vrtcl displace 2. ROM at TO/TD 3. GCTs (ankle/knee contribution) 4. patterns (hip vs knee extension?)

@SpeedworksBath @ACLrecoveryCLUB What sortearé is this being used to analyze this motion

@SpeedworksBath @ACLrecoveryCLUB We analyse with Vuemotion , but annotate with a variety of other apps.

@SpeedworksBath @ACLrecoveryCLUB This is amazing
