@SpeedworksBath @ACLrecoveryCLUB Some times it’s loss of length, In others there is an over compensation by having big step lengths, big over striding on injured limb, lots of amortisation and very long ground contacts. So step length has anomalies in both directions. Signified by long or short contact times.

@ACLrecoveryCLUB Not a one size fits all - lots of different compensations based on athletes physical and neural history/status BUT ... As a coaches 👁️ playbook: 1. hztl/vrtcl displace 2. ROM at TO/TD 3. GCTs (ankle/knee contribution) 4. patterns (hip vs knee extension?)
