Something I'm grateful to social media for is fitness motivation from those who seem to defy traditionally perceived age limitations like Denise Austin (and my friends cameron mathison Candace Cameron Bure and more)! . . I don't lift heavy like some of them do, but I hope I can be motivating for some of you as well. 🙏 Remember: fitness is 80% clean eating, 20% exercise - I'm pretty sure at any age. 🤗💖 . .
