INSANE 🚨 American Surgeon says a Health Insurance Company stopped her from doing surgery on a cancer patient AGAIN After a year of denials and appeals they finally got the insurance company to say yes. Only for them call and say she can’t do the surgery until the timeframe the insurance company decides on “I have a patient who had breast cancer that was aggressive, positive lymph nodes and all the things. And she wanted to have a mastectomy, and she wanted her other breast removed to reduce her risk because she's 35 with an aggressive cancer. She has a family history of cancers. We did her mastectomy last year, and the night before surgery, her insurance denied the prophylactic side, so they wouldn't let us do both breasts, just the one with cancer. So that's what we did. She's completed radiation and chemotherapy, and it's time for her to have her deep lab surgery. And she wants the other breast removed because she's worried, and it's reasonable to have it removed. And we asked her insurance again, would you please cover the prophylactic mastectomy on the other side? And they said no. So we appealed and appealed again. And then finally this week, I was able to talk to a doctor at an insurance company, and I explained to him again why she wants a mastectomy. She wants a deep flap reconstruction. I can only do that once in her life, and if she's gonna have the other mastectomy, now's the time to do it. And, he considered, and he actually overturned the decision and said that we could do the mastectomy. So it's been a year, and now the insurance company decided to let us do the thing that we'd been asking for a year to do. And then today, they called to say that they didn't agree with my timing, that they want me to wait 2 more months before I do her DFLOP because their standard is that microsurgeon. I'm the one who chooses when to operate, and they're telling me when to operate. I've done this for a long time, and I'm really successful at doing this. And I can do it 4 months after the end of radiation, but they want me to wait for 6 months. The American Heart Assn. Has Changed 'Normal' Blood Pressure To 110/70...Every Time They Lower The Numbers, Millions Of People Need Drugs. In 1970, Normal BP Was 160/95. In 1985 It Was 140/90. And Now 120/80 Is Considered 'Elevated.' That's Not Medicine. That's $40B Marketing. The bar has been lowered once again & under new guidelines, more Americans meet the criteria for high blood pressure & are pressured to start taking antihypertensive medications. The AHA & ACC (American Heart Association & American College of Cardiology) in August 2025 just released hypertension 'updated' guidelines shifting 10 points lower across all categories in order to make more people diagnosed as hypertensive to prescribe more drugs. 'Normal' is now 110/70 or less. 'Elevated' is now 120/80 & qualifies for blood pressure medications. 'Stage 1 Hypertension' is now 130/80 & qualifies for even greater aggressive medication. Here's why this is not medicine but marketing... The new guidelines are based on results of a large, federally funded study called SPRINT, backed by pharmaceutical giants & stockholders...which found a 25% 'relative risk' reduction in cardiovascular events using a lower blood pressure target. 25% reduction was the 'relative risk reduction' not the 'absolute risk reduction.' Relative risk reduction is useless & misleading, whereas absolute risk reduction is the actual percent helped by an intervention. The absolute reduction in cardiovascular events was only 2% – SPRINT also used an especially high-risk population, so patients with low or average risk for cardiovascular events had 0% benefit or absolute reduction. Is lower blood pressure always better? definitely not... The AHA & ACC assume that a lower blood pressure is always better, but some primary care doctors challenge that doctrine. “Once you get to a certain point, if you lower blood pressure further, your rate of stroke & heart attack increases,” says Dr Andy Lazris, primary care doctor & Right Care Alliance council chair. Doctors are graded on how well they get patients to the new hypertension target. These grades affect doctors’ pay. 🛑🇧🇫- A Ghanaian walked from Accra to Ouagadougou in 17 days to show his support to Captain Traore and African unity. The Ghanaian Alhadji Yakub Ayana completed a journey of over 950 kilometers on foot from Accra to Ouagadougou in 17 days, to deliver a powerful message of Pan-African unity and support for the President of Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traore, and his sovereignist policies. Dressed in an attire made from pieces of the flags of the 54 African countries, the Pan-Africanist walker Alhadji Yakub Ayana braved wind, sun, hunger, cold, thirst, and fatigue to preach African unity along the Accra-Ouagadougou axis. Setting off on October 10th, he arrived in Ouagadougou on October 27, 2025, at Revolution Square. Visibly moved, he gave thanks to God before bowing before the monument of the Flame of the Revolution, lit by President Thomas Sankara. “It wasn’t easy, but in the name of love for Africa, I did it. My feet were sometimes swollen, but thanks to the medical assistance of the ambulance that accompanied me throughout the journey, everything went well,” he said. “We are a rich continent that needs unity to develop and shine in the world. If we succeed, it will be white people themselves who will come to try their luck immigrating to Africa in search of El Dorado,” he affirmed. Six anti-erosion projects along the Ganga–Padma stretch in Shamsherganj and Dhuliyan have been undertaken at a cost of ₹69 crore. An additional ₹136 crore has already been spent statewide on preventing riverbank erosion, with a total allocation of ₹200 crore earmarked for this critical work. Now, in the same authoritarian spirit as demonetisation, CAA-NRC, they have unleashed the SIR purge to manipulate electoral rolls and tilt the scales. More than 40 people have lost their lives under the crushing pressure of this relentless exercise. Today, I met the families of four individuals who died in SIR-induced panic, conveyed my condolences, and assured them that we stand firmly by their side. The families of those who lost their lives due to SIR have been provided ₹2 lakh each, and those who are hospitalised have been given ₹1 lakh each. If they had courage or integrity, they would have conducted SIR two years earlier. Elections are taking place in four States, but SIR is only being conducted where Opposition governments are in power. Why not Assam? Why not Tripura? Are they not border States? Why not Mizoram, Manipur, or Nagaland, where Rohingya infiltration actually occurs? Their selective targeting exposes their political malice. But we will not allow their conspiracy to succeed. We have launched ‘May I Help You’ camps at every booth to ensure that not a single legitimate voter is disenfranchised. Until the last citizen submits his or her enumeration form, I will not submit mine. I stand as their custodian. The ruling party at the Centre survives by manufacturing hatred and division. These ‘Dangebaaz’ want to inject communal venom, splinter society along religious lines and shatter Bengal’s centuries-old syncretic fabric. As long as I am here, I will never allow that. I respect every faith, every caste, every creed, every class. We are a State that honours every language. But if anyone dares insult the language in which we say “Ma”, if anyone threatens the dignity of my ‘Manush’, if anyone tries to uproot the “Mati” from beneath their feet, then I shall ensure that they are democratically reduced to dust. I’m a retired military veteran, 100% disabled, who served my country with honor. Until now, I haven’t shared this publicly here, but I care about Epstein because I was sexually assaulted by my own commander. My story is why I fight against men like Diligent who are in it for the clicks. He has made baseless claims against a woman who was reporting on Epstein and also happened to be one of his greatest supporters. Getting justice in the military especially for sexual assault can be rare. Very few succeed in filing a complaint that leads to justice. People who know my story often ask how I did it because my Commander was removed from his position. I give them partial answers, but the full truth is darker: I had to omit the worst part, the assault itself. It’s like the Epstein cases we see now, where powerful people face charges for everything but the core abuse. My commander wasn’t removed for the assault, but for loss of confidence and conduct unbecoming an officer and gentleman. My posts are supporting another survivor who has shared her story, and Diligent continues to spew baseless lies about her without any receipts because she was shining brighter. This is Dr. Dimple Jangda. She makes us believe that she is an Ayurvedic practitioner. But the fact is that she is not a doctor. She is not even an Ayurvedic practitioner. She has no formal training in real medicine or pseudomedicine of Ayurveda. She was a television producer. Then an investment banker. Then a podcast host. And thereafter, a talk show host. She has a masters degree in business administration. She has a virtual online degree from National American University in (?)management which she claims is "honorary." She has a diploma in Yoga from Yoga Mumbai Institute. She has a virtual and unidentifiable degree in (?) business management from Thames International University, Paris. She has no formal training in any aspect of healthcare. She is a quack of quacks. A top of the line fearmongering "wellness fraud" - a bottom feeder in the ecosystem of healthcare business. Lots of confidently sounding English words that takes shape of a word salad containing some of the biggest health-related misinformation and disinformation in Indian social media today. She tells gullible people (who are already fearmongered about modern medicine and have distrust in doctors and medical science) not to opt for gall bladder removal surgery even if it gets complicated with stones disease or inflammation (called acute cholecystitis). A dangerous misinformation that can lead to loss of life. The physiology of gall bladder function and the change in function after gall bladder surgery that she provides is top-class garbage. Complicated gall stone disease require surgery for cure and to prevent further complications. If you remove the gall bladder, you do not develop more diseases like diabetes or obesity. The bile gets stored in the upper part of the small intestine in the absence of gall bladder and keeps helping in digestion. There is no food or diet shortcut that can dissolve gall stones. The story that this lady speaks about - from her own father's experience of using Ayurveda to remove gall stones is complete fabrication. It is an unverifiable, anecdotal bluff. There is no evidence that drinking carrot and beetroot juice helps reduce complicated gall stone disease or dissolves gall stones. This is utter nonsense. The Met police chief proves he's as dishonest and racist as the force he leads: Once again, the BBC laps up outright disinformation from Sir Mark Rowley, police commissioner of the institutionally racist and corrupt Met. Watch the short clip below from the BBC News at Ten last night. 1. Rowley demands supporters of Palestine Action cancel or delay their protest today, after the Manchester synagogue attack, because the timing appears “antisemitic”. How to untangle this nonsense? a) The only possible way to interpret Rowley’s argument is that he believes every British Jew identifies and supports Israel’s mass slaughter of children in Gaza and therefore, out of respect for their grief at the Manchester attack, we ought not to protest against the slaughter in Gaza. That undoubtedly makes Rowley the antisemitic one. b) Even were his deeply antisemitic idea true – that British Jews are an unthinking herd of genocidal monsters – Rowley assumes that we ought to be okay with this: we should just keep quiet about Israel murdering 100 or so Palestinians every day in Gaza, and starving and ethnically cleansing the rest of the population, because it would supposedly offend Britain’s Jewish community to do otherwise. c) Rowley wants the protesters to take a time-out of a few weeks, even while Israel refuses to take any time-out on murdering Palestinians. Nor is the British government taking a time-out in arming Israel and providing it with intelligence to carry out the genocide. Rowley is suggesting we should simply quieten down for the next few weeks, even as 100 Palestinians are killed each day, before heading back to the streets. He thereby sends an unequivocal message that Palestinian life is worthless – and he does it while claiming we are the racist ones. 2. Rowley claims he wants this weekend’s protests stopped because of the danger they will raise “community tensions, which is my concern”. And yet from everything he says, the only community’s “tensions” he appears to care about are those of an imaginary one he has created of a Jewish hive mind. What about the tensions of Palestinian communities, of wider Muslim and Arab communities, of human communities, of those parts of the Jewish community opposed to Israel’s slaughter in Gaza, produced by watching children being torn to shreds by bombs Britain is helping to supply to Israel, by seeing world citizens – including British citizens – being abducted in international waters by Israel as they try to break Israel’s illegal starvation-siege of Gaza? Does Rowley care about these communities and their tensions, tensions that will only heighten if they are denied their long-established democratic rights to go out on to the streets to protest – rights that have already been aggressively whittled away by successive British governments? 3. Rowley says he finds it “bewildering” why more than 1,000 people would want to get arrested for “supporting a terrorist organisation” – and berates them for taking up police resources at a time when those resources are needed elsewhere. And yet, Rowley knows there is nothing “bewildering” about the protests. These thousands of British citizens, and millions behind them who are less courageous, are prepared to risk jail, and damage their careers and their futures, with a “terrorism” conviction. They are prepared to do so because they believe the proscription of Palestine Action – the first such proscription in British history for a direct-action group following in the tradition of the Suffragettes – is an assault on our fundamental right to protest, and to protest against the criminality of our own institutions, in this case institutions actively supporting a genocide in Gaza. If Rowley does not believe he has the resources to arrest the 1,000-plus people who will be sitting quietly in Parliament Square today holding placards opposing the genocide, then he can simply let them be. The sky will not fall in. No one will get hurt. There will be no threat to either public or national security. The true danger – the danger that Rowley and the government of Sir Keir Starmer really worry about – is that ever more people are beginning to understand that we are ruled by a gang of authoritarian, genocide-assisting criminals.

That undoubtedly makes Rowley the antisemitic one. b) Even were his deeply antisemitic idea true – that British Jews are an unthinking herd of genocidal monsters – Rowley assumes that we ought to be okay with this: we should just keep quiet about Israel murdering 100 or so Palestinians every day in Gaza, and starving and ethnically cleansing the rest of the population, because it would supposedly offend Britain’s Jewish community to do otherwise. c) Rowley wants the protesters to take a time-out of a few weeks, even while Israel refuses to take any time-out on murdering Palestinians. Nor is the British government taking a time-out in arming Israel and providing it with intelligence to carry out the genocide. Rowley is suggesting we should simply quieten down for the next few weeks, even as 100 Palestinians are killed each day, before heading back to the streets. He thereby sends an unequivocal message that Palestinian life is worthless – and he does it while claiming we are the racist ones. 2. Rowley claims he wants this weekend’s protests stopped because of the danger they will raise “community tensions, which is my concern”. And yet from everything he says, the only community’s “tensions” he appears to care about are those of an imaginary one he has created of a Jewish hive mind. What about the tensions of Palestinian communities, of wider Muslim and Arab communities, of human communities, of those parts of the Jewish community opposed to Israel’s slaughter in Gaza, produced by watching children being torn to shreds by bombs Britain is helping to supply to Israel, by seeing world citizens – including British citizens – being abducted in international waters by Israel as they try to break Israel’s illegal starvation-siege of Gaza? Does Rowley care about these communities and their tensions, tensions that will only heighten if they are denied their long-established democratic rights to go out on to the streets to protest – rights that have already been aggressively whittled away by successive British governments? 3. Rowley says he finds it “bewildering” why more than 1,000 people would want to get arrested for “supporting a terrorist organisation” – and berates them for taking up police resources at a time when those resources are needed elsewhere. And yet, Rowley knows there is nothing “bewildering” about the protests. These thousands of British citizens, and millions behind them who are less courageous, are prepared to risk jail, and damage their careers and their futures, with a “terrorism” conviction. They are prepared to do so because they believe the proscription of Palestine Action – the first such proscription in British history for a direct-action group following in the tradition of the Suffragettes – is an assault on our fundamental right to protest, and to protest against the criminality of our own institutions, in this case institutions actively supporting a genocide in Gaza. If Rowley does not believe he has the resources to arrest the 1,000-plus people who will be sitting quietly in Parliament Square today holding placards opposing the genocide, then he can simply let them be. The sky will not fall in. No one will get hurt. There will be no threat to either public or national security. The true danger – the danger that Rowley and the government of Sir Keir Starmer really worry about – is that ever more people are beginning to understand that we are ruled by a gang of authoritarian, genocide-assisting criminals.
