Abdul El-Sayed: Too many of the same people who say that they're for a two-state solution are also for sending our taxpayer dollars to the tune of billions to a foreign government that is dead set on foreclosing on the possibility of a second state. You can't say you're for a two-state solution when you're supporting the people who only want one state. So I just think that we in this country have had an inconsistent approach to this for a very long time. Your policy ideas will be secondary because you will be spending so much time addressing rumors and slander. Never apologize in circumstances like this. Keep it about the policy.

During Saturday night’s Progressive Victories “Choose Your Fighter” event, Hasan Piker (hasanabi) blamed “Islamophobia” for attacks against him, Zohran Mamdani (Zohran Kwame Mamdani), and Abdul El-Sayed (Dr. Abdul El-Sayed), saying: “And I will say a big part of this is actually Islamophobia… And we saw this with Zohran, not only just my association being used or being weaponized against him in some way… But also tying Zohran back to religious extremism, tying myself back to religious extremism. And we’re now seeing that happen with Abdul El-Sayed in his race in the Democratic primaries in Michigan.” Piker went on to continue playing the victim card: “They’re heavily leaning into the Islamophobic associations by claiming, you know, Abdul El-Sayed — he’s a Muslim guy. What does that mean for you? How does that make you feel?” In reality, Piker and the candidates who associate with him are facing pressure because Piker has a history of saying things like “America deserves 9/11.” Lying is the only thing the Islamified left is talented at.
