When it comes to safeguarding, how can we tell the difference between a real vs false "trans woman?" Here's the thing, women can't afford to take the time to make that discernment for our own safeguarding. It is our responsibility to respond immediately to our own instincts for danger. It is not our responsibility to try to understand whether men are sincere or not in their performance of womanhood, or what their personal reasoning may or may not be. This article is insane. How is it possible that after all these years, there are still people who identify with the Nazis, or even consider themselves Nazis? Ben Azulay stepped into the ring for the first time in his life against a Nazi fighter with at least 15 fights, who was much heavier than him. I honestly don’t understand how the athletic commission approved a fight with such a huge gap in experience and weight. In the end, the Nazi won by decision. It’s been a busy few weeks for the group with a lot of home games but the work doesn’t stop. We have just 4 more displays left at Goodison Park. Our last ever display at Goodison will be against Ipswich Town. We want to make this a special one and hopefully involve all 4 sides of the ground. To be able to do this we need a lot more flags which cost a lot of money. We are asking for donations to make this possible. Reason #1 is let's make sure that we identify and realize the opportunities that are in front of us. Reason #2 is let's make sure that we are preparing for the adversity that those opportunities require. It’s isolating having spiritual eyes- having to partake in a world that you are detached from. A world that you see the truth of. A world that doesn’t see what you do. And it’s ok to talk about it. But some in the church are avoiding this. Some are sticking their heads in the sand and ignoring the fact that we are even in the end times… to a point where when people talk about the heaviness, they feel like we’re saying we have given up. Church, let’s please start answering this call to be REAL. To face the reality of what is happening-of the times we are in. Yes there is a heaviness that comes with that, but having eyes to see will always motivate us to share Jesus even more because we know we are at the end.

In May I was invited to the Oxford Union to debate whether youth activism is "performative." But let’s be honest about what’s actually performative: sitting in wood-paneled rooms, debating , and sneering at a generation of young people who are trying to make change/ The reality? Gen Z isn’t driven to activism by TikTok or influencers. They are driven by the material reality of a capitalist system that has only ever offered them austerity, pandemics, climate chaos, and war. Revolutions don’t drop from the sky. They are the accumulation of a thousand different types of activism from climate strikes and BLM to the university encampments for Palestine. It is a molecular process. Young people are at the forefront because they have the most to lose, and they refuse to be burdened by the cynicism of the past. While the establishment sneers, a revolutionary wave is building. The question isn't whether youth activism is "performative" the question is how we organise that gut instinct to change the world into a real, material force that can actually overthrow the system at the root of the crisis. As Lenin once said: give us one generation of youth, and we will transform the world. We are not outnumbered. We are just out organised. Time to build.

Revolutions don’t drop from the sky. They are the accumulation of a thousand different types of activism from climate strikes and BLM to the university encampments for Palestine. It is a molecular process. Young people are at the forefront because they have the most to lose, and they refuse to be burdened by the cynicism of the past. While the establishment sneers, a revolutionary wave is building. The question isn't whether youth activism is "performative" the question is how we organise that gut instinct to change the world into a real, material force that can actually overthrow the system at the root of the crisis. As Lenin once said: give us one generation of youth, and we will transform the world. We are not outnumbered. We are just out organised. Time to build.

Jack Dorsey: I think of the CEO role as “Chief Editor” of the company “I think of my role as CEO of Square as an editorial function,” Jack Dorsey explains. “By editorial, I mean there are a thousand things we could be doing, but there’s only one or two that are important.” He continues: “All of these ideas and stories from users, engineers, support people, designers, are going to constantly flood what we should be doing. Internal & External Communication. “Internal communication is just the coordination of what we’re doing and why we’re doing it… If you have the vision, the next 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, and year maybe, it makes it very easy to set priorities and for all the edges of the company to do the right thing. The external communication is the product, and the product is the story we’re telling the world… We don’t want it to be about a person. We want it to be about how people are using it, fitting it into their lives, and what they’re doing with it. That’s the strongest story we have.” 3. Editing the “money in the bank” story. “This comes in two ways: 1) through investment… or 2) through revenue.” Jack concludes: “My three priorities and focus areas are in that order. That’s what I’m constantly editing as CEO, and I think it makes managing a growing company in a fast-paced environment very easy because there’s basically one thing you have to do: You have to make every single detail perfect and you have to limit the number of details. That’s it. If you can do that well… you’re going to succeed because you’re paying attention to the smallest things.
