UPDATE: my wife and I agreed last night, that if Echo puked at all this morning, even once even a little bit, or if he refused to eat…. we would be taking him to the vet for a sonogram because our concern at that point would be a spleen or a pancreas or a blockage of some kind - but I am happy to report that Echo managed to eat a third full cup of chicken and rice assertively today and no puking yet. So that’s probably 3 cups in total, today with no pukes. We are in the process of rebuilding the stomach lining that was puked out mostly all over my driveway over the past day and a half. It really does feel like we’ve been able to get things stabilized now. THANKS AGAIN, for all the incoming love and support and prayers. I’m like 80% we’re on the mend now. We even got in a short walk at the park, today. (notice the IV shaving on the right front leg).

With our season being over my contract with Team Vitality 🐝 has ended It has been a rocky journey and through each challenge it has been a test of who we are and what we’re made of. I can personally say that the work ethic of the team cannot be put to question and everyone was willing to go over and above to get us to where we wanted to be. It can feel like all the work had no reward, but I truly believe that the work is an investment for a lifetime and not just a season. To the fans, we know it is disappointing and we really dreamed of that fairy tale story in Paris. For now the players, coaches and staff appreciate the support that has been given and even I could feel the warmth of the well wishes and welcomes I received when I joined the org. June 4th, 1994 our lives forever changed. We said, “I do!”. With those two words, we said, yes, to all the highs, the lows, and everything in between. God has blessed us with four absolutely amazing children who are now amazing adults, with their own best friends/significant others (that they’re doing life with), we have three incredible grandsons, and a beautiful granddaughter on the way. We’ve lived where we both grew up (on the East Coast), and have now been out here in San Diego for just over 11 years. We’ve gotten jobs (and lost jobs), we’ve had more times than we can count where we couldn’t make ends meet, even though both you and I were working two, and sometimes three jobs at a time, and we’ve been blessed in ways that we could’ve never dreamed of. We’ve watched both my parents pass on, and are now dealing with the overwhelmingly difficult challenge of seeing your parents struggle with their own health in ways that no one should have to go through. Through it all (even in the midst of the chaos), we’ve been blessed to be by each other‘s sides! I thank God for you every day, Jillian! I love our adventures together (the big ones where we fly to somewhere we’ve never been before, and the little ones where we hop in the car with no agenda, and just drive). I love when we find ourselves in deeper conversation, laughter, and tears of joy then ever expected, and in the moments of silence, where no words are even spoken, but when we’re together, just being where our feet are. As the world (as we know it), keeps getting crazier and crazier, let’s continue to keep Christ in the center of all we do, keep leaning on and lifting each other up when it’s needed, and keep living the lives that we have been so incredibly blessed to live together. I love you with all my heart Jillian. Happy 32nd (heading into our 33rd year), Anniversary.

today we are celebrating 4 years of Cal.com 🤯 how time flies from an ugly open source repository to over 7M appointments scheduled and a profitable team of ~24 full-timers we're looking back on 3 amazing company retreats in iceland 🇮🇸, tenerife 🇪🇸 and slovenia 🇸🇮 and an exciting 4th one coming up very soon! 🤫 i’m incredibly proud of what the team has build and the trust they have in me and bailey out of 38 total hires, 24 top performers are still with us and only a single person has decided to quit. many team members are approaching their 4th year as we are heading into a new era of the company from millions to billions. from a fun side-project to scheduling infrastructure that powers government institutions, hundreds of hospitals and the best performing startups such as deel, Mercury and more. while the team worked hard, we could not have achieved this without you, the community and customers of constantly pushing us to do better 🙏 it has been an honour so far and i’m looking forward towards the next 4 years! peer

I’ve seen people on the timeline talking about Louis’ performance at the Grid gig, not all good, and honestly, it’s disheartening. We weren’t there. We didn’t feel the cold he obviously felt, or deal with the bugs, the noise, or whatever sound issues were happening, and let’s be real, those things are almost guaranteed in a setup like that. My home was a magical place. Only ashes remain. The outpouring of support from community has been monumental and every message, donation, gesture has truly been food for me these last few days. We’ve got a long road ahead of us. We evacuated with only the clothes on our backs so we truly have nothing left. My art, my jewelry, my clothing, my books, my photos - everything curated and collected in my material in my life is now gone, including the home we had poured everything into to buy in the first place. We are underinsured, it will be a battle. Sobering. Hard. Life-Changing. But… I want everyone to remember its beauty and optimism, the joy the disco cabin brought me and so many others who gathered here. At this exact time last year - Punks came together at my home as the sunset kissed the ocean in a sky of pink, sweet tunes drifting over us with tacos in hand. And perhaps there is also something poetic in this total loss, a silver lining I will find one day? This moment was framed to me as the beginning of a new “hero’s journey” and being a lover of Joseph Campbell - and that concept feels true. 🐦‍🔥 “We're in a freefall into future. We don't know where we're going. Things are changing so fast, and always when you're going through a long tunnel, anxiety comes along. My home was a magical place. Only ashes remain. The outpouring of support from community has been monumental and every message, donation, gesture has truly been food for me these last few days. We’ve got a long road ahead of us. We evacuated with only the clothes on our backs so we truly have nothing left. My art, my jewelry, my clothing, my books, my photos - everything curated and collected in my material in my life is now gone, including the home we had poured everything into to buy in the first place. We are underinsured, it will be a battle. Sobering. Hard. Life-Changing. But… I want everyone to remember its beauty and optimism, the joy the disco cabin brought me and so many others who gathered here. At this exact time last year - Punks came together at my home as the sunset kissed the ocean in a sky of pink, sweet tunes drifting over us with tacos in hand. And perhaps there is also something poetic in this total loss, a silver lining I will find one day? PERP DEXs & This Week Let’s take a quick look at what’s happening in perp DEXs this week: RISEx plans to move to mainnet after a reward-based testnet competition on its own chain. The project will launch with limited access codes, so I recommend trying to get one. A major new player is about to enter the perp DEX market! Reya’s trading competition ends tomorrow. The team has also launched a new ambassador program. We’re getting closer to TGE on Reya. Miracle has integrated Nado into the system. After HL and Extended, this is the 3rd perp DEX added. Hibachi launched its first vault. GAV is currently yielding 35%. They surpassed 200k TVL in a short time. One of the most underrated perp DEXs. Pacifica is offering a 50% fee discount on RWA products until March 31. It’s actually quite easy to earn points from OI. On Paradex, fiddy.dime - priv/acc 🦡’s “price shame” is getting worse. The project sits at only a $5M mcap and $26M FDV. Lighter’s $LIT is now below $1. Their “genius” CEO still doesn’t understand that a project is nothing without its community. After TGE, they tried to dump on loyal holders who supported the project for over a year and forced them out with price pressure. Many OGs left. Now he can buy his trash coin at whatever price he wants. Good for him. edgeX🦭 will have its TGE on March 31. Hopefully it will be a good one and set a positive example for the perp DEX market. Based will have its TGE on March 30. The allocation to the community is extremely low, and despite criticism, they didn’t revise it. Expectations dropped from 300–500M FDV to 50–100M FDV on Polymarket. The team is ignoring everything. On TGE day, they’ll likely lose their last blind supporters. They didn’t even open the blind boxes they distributed. That’s how confused they are. StandX — I think the overly positive sentiment and “TGE is coming soon” expectations are unrealistic. There are only 4 pairs. Trading is exhausting, expensive, and difficult. The system needs improvement. They’re not ready, and progress on the perp side is oddly slow. A fast TGE is not possible under current conditions. There are fewer serious traders than you think. If someone inactive for weeks in the top 1000 only drops 10 ranks, it means participation is low. A warning to AG.stand: you are falling behind competitors, and the world is not just Asia. Grvt delaying TGE was a tough decision and of course had consequences. I assume the team calculated this. But if they delay again, they’ll likely face backlash from the community. Variational — Looking at OI and volume, it’s clearly one of the surviving perps. It’s easier to earn points now compared to a few months ago. BULK — I’m not farming it, but White Rabbit is. The testnet is now public. According to them, it’s a fast and well-built platform. Nado has a strong following. I sold my NFT. If they allocate only ~8% to the community, it could cause serious backlash. Hotstuff — I’m not in, but White Rabbit is farming it. They launched a new builder program. Last week, 2,359 users received points. Still relatively low participation. There are constant competitions — including trips to Thailand and other rewards. But pairs are still limited. HelloTrade is still stuck in whitelist phase. Extended is one of the projects managing its process well. If they execute a clean TGE, it could set a strong example. Architect — I haven’t seen anyone actually using it.
