Devin Haney Exposes & Devalues His Own Undisputed Run‼️ We can all agree that Devin Haney had the weakest undisputed run in male Boxing history but for him to break it down this way really shows he lacks self awareness & as I’ve said before, he has the mentality & approach to this fight of his fanboys.. The whole face off he brought up Top Rank’s matchmaking (which built the greatest boxers of all time) 5 times & truly believes that his father matched him up with nothing but killers.. Here’s how to do it: •Make a tight fist under your chin •Press your head down into the fist •Open your mouth as wide as possible, show those Canine Teeth •Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth, feel the force going all the way at down into your body •Hold this for 6 -10 slow breaths •Let your body unwind Can be done sitting or standing

Comfy workflow vs FAL for WanAnimate Feels fairly identical in quality output tbh as I suspect the backend is nearly identical (which is obvious from their input sliders) Either way for those afraid of Comfy... this works for this specific use case at least

One of my favorite exercises overall: KB or DB farmer carries. Hands down something I try to incorporate at least 1-2x week. Studies of shown that increased grip strength can be a correlative to increased longevity. Obviously there’s a lot more that goes into it, but carries seem to be overlooked more often than not. I recommend adding them in as a skill component or as part of your conditioning piece.

I just saw this post on IG. I tried sending the shelter money to save his life. Then I tried to pay a no kill shelter to take him. They said the only thing I could do was adopt him but he’s going to be put down in less than 3 hours. Tweeting in case anyone in LA can save him. 😭

"The Knowledge Is Out There" Northeast of Calgary Alberta 20251112T0430Z This timelapse is made up of 276 images shot every 3 seconds, at ISO 5000, 1.3 sec at F2.8 with a Laowa 12mm mounted on a Nikon D810A(astromod). I am shooting at 1.3 to capture the movement of the aurora, and at 3 second intervals so I don't use up my memory in my card in case the aurora goes all night. Although I have backup memory cards, I am trying to minimize the amount of images that I take, on a typical night I am shooting somewhere around 10,000 images. I am at 20 Terabytes of images this year... this particular night, I shot 15,000 images. One of the toughest decision one can make when shooting reflection aurora is how much of the reflection can you get without missing out on the auroral pillars, there's 2 choices use portrait mode or use a wider lens, I choose the latter and use a Laowa 12mm, if the aurora is going nuts I use both options with a second camera. #Aurora #Auroraborealis #northernlights

I'm laying in my tent reflecting on my life right now..and I have to say, some would say my life situation of being homeless is a sad thing .. because you see people out there who are addicts and in bad situations .. but mine isn't anything like that. Although I havent had a home in 10 years, I see and feel the blessing. I'm so free in life to live how I want in life. Sure while sometimes I desire a bed to come home too.. I get to have a bed anywhere in life I want. I'm so free to live and explore as I please with nothing to tie me down. If I could share any piece of advice, it is simple do not trade your freedom of life for the chains of society and what they deem how YOU should live. I promise in this day and age you can be so free and make money without anyone there to tell you when to clock in, when to eat lunch, when you can use the bathroom, none of that! I hope you all find the bliss I feel in life someday.
