At least three aid workers have been killed and four wounded after a drone strike by Sudan’s Rapid Support Forces hit a humanitarian convoy in South Kordofan, the Sudan Doctors Network says. The assault comes amid rising drone attacks and a UN report on RSF atrocities.

💢 Today | Drone strike on girls school and clinic in Sudan’s White Nile state kills at least 17 At least 17 people — including 9 school girls, plus teachers and health workers — were killed when an explosive-laden drone struck a secondary school and a nearby health center in the village of Shukairi in Sudan’s White Nile state, hospital officials and a medical monitoring group told The Associated Press. At least 10 others were wounded, including three girls with serious injuries, said Dr. Musa al-Majeri, director of Douiem Hospital. The Sudan Doctors Network blamed Sudan’s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) for the strike, saying there was no military presence in the village. “This horrific crime represents a continuation of the violations committed by the RSF in White Nile State,” said spokesperson Dr. Razan Al-Mahdi, noting that a student dormitory, power station and residential neighborhoods have also been targeted in recent days.
