At one time this mighty Butterfly Labs Monarch Bitcoin miner had a massive opportunity to accumulate over 2 Bitcoin per month. Out of all the issues this company had, they delivered my miners with more power each time a new model came out. Liquid cooled. This is in my museum.

As massive Bitcoin mining operations start allocating floor space to AI there could vary well be an opportunity for individuals to start mining again. The newest machines are exceptionally good but expensive and depending on what you pay for power it could be well worth be the investment. Closely watch what the largest Bitcoin mining operations do and how much they allocate their existing infrastructure to AI in the coming years

My wife might be happy for me to send you some antminers. Part of me says when we get solar they might yet generate profit. They still work, and generate BTC at a great deficit to power. Have had troubles finding the right settings to get them productive as most pools now want more oomph per work unit.

After CPU/GPU days it all got much harder. Now its MW vs W back then We had fun with some of the first ASICs. A whole wackeload of projects were on SHW256 in 2013/14. The Neptune eat through em like butter throwing their difficulty ratings way way up. Fun days.
