Caller: ...husband. We've been together for about seven years, got married last year, and about six months ago, I entered an affair with another man. Started out as something fun I know that's stupid but it turned into something a lot more emotional than I expected. And now, at this point, I just don't know what to do. I mean, I do know what to do, but I don't know what to do at the same time. My husband doesn't know what's going on. The other gentleman does know that I am married. I don't want to leave my husband, but I don't want to break things off with this other gentleman either John Delony: So let me, let me give you another side to this, okay? Number one: I don't think you love your husband. I think you love the idea of the security that seven-plus years of a quasi-stable relationship bring. I also think deep down you understand that you are with somebody of so little character that he doesn't mind blowing up another family so he can hook up with somebody. Let me ask you this: what was it about seven years with the guy that became your husband... what about that relationship? Caller: It's been difficult. We've had a lot of ups and downs. I suffer from mental illness, I'm a recovering drug addict. So he's been with me through a lot of stuff, and I felt like I owed my life to him for pulling me out of everything. I don't feel like we're compatible in a lot of ways because I like a lot of emotional touch, a lot of affirmation, and I don't feel like I get that. John Delony: Why did you marry him? Caller: I felt like I owed it to him, honestly, for everything that he went through with me. John Delony: I'm going to tell you, cheating on your husband's not right. Never is it okay. I'm going to tell you, I think you should go talk to your pastor or your counselor and sit down and say, "Here's what's happening.

“I wasn’t planning to make this video, but since the video of what happened has gone viral, I feel I should tell my own side of the story. This happened last Saturday, after choir rehearsal. I went home, changed out of my kaftan into a polo and jeans, and went to Garki International Market to get fabric for a client’s suit. A friend had also asked me to help pick up some pants from a vendor there. His shop was opposite where this happened. He was still attending to other customers, so I decided to get my own things and come back. As I stepped out of the shop and walked through the corridor in Obasanjo Block, I heard a man, clearly older than me, making sexual comments about a little girl. She looked about 7–10 years old. She was wearing a brown dress, holding a blue Moniepoint POS machine and helping with her mum/guardian’s POS business. A woman nearby said, “This one na small pikin na.” The man carrying the red jerrycan replied, “Who tell you say na small pikin? If you carry am enter inside room now, she go break your waist.” At that point, I couldn’t keep walking. I turned around and said, “Sir, with all due respect, this thing you just said is very stupid. You shouldn’t say that to a child because she’s a minor.” Instead of acknowledging that what he said was wrong, he started defending himself. What disgusted me even more was other men supporting him. Another man even commented on the girl’s dress, asking why she was wearing a “show me your back” dress. She’s a CHILD! Why are grown adults looking at a child through a sexual lens? Another man told me it wasn’t my business and that I should leave. And I keep asking myself: at what point does something become our business? When it’s your daughter? Your sister? Your niece? I didn’t know anybody was recording me. I didn’t know the video would end up on TikTok, and I didn’t step in for attention. I stood up because I’m human, but beyond that, I’m a Christian. The life of God in me trumps my humanity. I couldn’t hear that and walk away. This isn’t about me being a “good man.” It’s about refusing to normalize the sexualization of children….” 📺 elpraise/IG

Today I officially turned 32 🎂 Years ago I would have NEVER shared my age online 😂 but I've come a really long way in my life and honestly I'm proud of what ive done with my life. Others look to me to know its possible that if you decide to change your life you can do it 💯 Before all of this I spent 8 years working in pathology, where we dissected human organs for cancer, did autopsies, and I worked at the children's hospital with leukemia and lymphoma cases. I was also somehow doing all of that while in college full time 😂 Then gaming and PCs basically changed my entire life. TechSource randomly found my setup online and that introduced me to this whole PC community. I also met Josh online through streaming, and somehow that guy I met on the internet ended up becoming my husband and my partner in literally everything 😂❤️ Two nerds on the internet somehow became a pretty good power couple lol. I started building PCs and making content, Alienware was one of the first big companies to see something in me and give me a chance, then AMD came along, and things just kept growing from there. Fast forward a few years and we've built a community of over 3 MILLION people across social media and somehow I get to do something I love for a living. This year was a big one for me personally too. I feel like I finally remembered who I used to be. I got myself back in shape, lost 33 pounds, started feeling like myself again, and Josh and I started building our second business from literally nothing all because of this community! It's kinda crazy looking back at it all. I went from dissecting organs and doing autopsies while going to college, to posting my gaming setup on the internet, meeting my husband through gaming, building PCs for a living, growing a community of millions and now starting another business! Life is weird 😂 But at 32 I genuinely feel like I'm just getting started. I have some BIG hopes and dreams for 2027 and I'm excited to see where we are a year from now. Anyway... here's to 32 🥂❤️ and thank you for being apart of my life and journey ❤️

Dear friends, I turn 43 today. Thank you for all your warm wishes on this day. I took a leave from hospital today to be with family and unwind. I started doing this every birthday after a near fatal crash in 2021 (at a time when I was wholly married to my work) and everything changed since then. I decided to smell the flowers, and touch the grass, but also do quality work as a professional. Yes work life balance is possible. It is not a myth. As a clinical doctor sub-specialist, there are many things I changed for the better. I stopped being a workaholic. I found that seeing 20 patients a day with utmost dedication and care was far more satisfying than seeing 100 quickly. It also helped me improve my patients lives. I learned to prescribe less, listen more, treat when needed and advice lifestyle changes. It is now more than 3 years since I have touched alcohol. So that I can authoritatively treat my patients and advice them with what is right. I stopped meeting medical pharma representatives and accepting to go for every medical conference and sponsored meeting. This actually improved my clinical knowledge because I started to improve myself, on my own. I read more... I became that student I once was. I became my most important competition. Everyday I try to be a better doctor for my patients - by following science and evidence and updating myself. I started to love myself, because of which I started to take care of myself. From finding time for daily work outs (not to develop a 6-pack, but to be physically active to improve overall health), keeping aside time to unwind, and saying no to additional work and over indulging in commitments - because of which, I found time to feed my passions - music, book writing and movies. My first book (non-fiction) is now in proof-reading (hopefully will be out next year). And I started working on my new book projects. Bound India (Bound) and Tara Khandelwal will be representing my future literary works. At some point in the future, I want to write so much more (not like these days when I have to burn midnight oil to get through a chapter after an exhausting day at work). I stopped believing in publish or perish. This is a myth. Academic life is important. I am still active in it - but I choose my battles wisely. I do not get anxious or depressed if I cannot publish medical papers consistently. I decided to publish medical papers if I find them worthy of spending time, money and effort on. This gave me the option of indulging in public health research projects (like Citizens Protein Project) and spend more time with MESH ( This was far more satisfying that wasting money to publish medical science that only catered to my peer-circles and not the public. Today, I had a good breakfast with my wife, and we decided to get inked (my fourth and fifth tattoos), got some choux pastry instead of traditional 'cake cutting' and worked more on my new book (a semi-autobiographical medical college memoir). I thank you all for the great support and love in here... and I hope I can do more for my patients, their family, my family and the public at large... as long as I can. ...and thanks also to my trolls and loud but irrelevant critics in whose minds I live rent free.

I just woke up and I’m still trying to come down off of the high of likely having specifically one of best night of my life in R&B…. Imagine being the biggest Usher Raymond fan for almost 30 years my brother, a friend someone that I look up to someone that I believe is one of the greatest entertainers to ever live. I was getting married in May. Then I discovered my fiancé had been hiding our engagement from his late wife’s family. I thought he was protecting them from painful news. I was wrong. I’m 25, and my fiancé is 29. We were supposed to get married in May. He had been married once before, when he was only 20. His wife was his high school sweetheart. She died at 22 from sepsis after a surgery went horribly wrong. I knew about her from the beginning. What I didn’t realize was how deeply her family was still involved in my fiancé’s life. He remained extremely close to her father and her two sisters. Every year, he spent important dates with them: Her birthday. Their wedding anniversary. The anniversary of her death. At first, I hated it. But I tried to understand. She wasn't an ex he had simply broken up with. She was someone he had loved, married, and then lost. So I gave him space. Eventually, I stopped feeling threatened by his relationship with her family. Then, last year, he proposed. I said yes. I thought we were finally building our own future. Then I discovered something that completely changed the way I saw everything. He had never told her family that we were engaged. Not her father. Not her sisters. Nobody. I couldn't understand why. Then one afternoon, I went to a local coffee shop. The youngest sister worked there. She noticed my engagement ring. Her expression changed immediately. She stared at my hand. Then she looked at me. And within seconds, she was messaging my fiancé. I left the coffee shop confused. A week later, things became terrifying. My car was vandalized. This wasn't random damage. Red paint had been thrown across it. Someone had written: "WHORE." And: "GRAVE ROBBER." My tires were slashed. My windows were cracked. I'd spent an entire year saving for that car. Then we found out who had done it. The car belonged to my fiancé's late wife's youngest sister. My fiancé tried to fix everything. He arranged a meeting between me and the family. I thought maybe we could finally talk. We couldn't. The moment we sat down, the accusations started. They told me he never truly loved his late wife. They said I was replacing her. They acted as if my engagement was some kind of betrayal. Then the youngest sister started sending me messages. They weren't just angry. They were cruel. She attacked my appearance. My character. My worth. She called me things I can't even bring myself to repeat. And then I looked across the table at my fiancé. He was breaking down. Watching him cry made something inside me snap. Because suddenly, I wasn't sure whether I was fighting for my relationship... or fighting against a family that would never allow him to move forward. So I gave him one choice. Cut contact with them completely—or we call off the wedding. He stared at me. And for the first time since we got engaged, I wondered if I had actually been wrong to say yes. Because how do you marry someone when part of their life still belongs to a dead marriage? And how far should you go to protect the family you're trying to build? Would you give the ultimatum or walk away?

Trump - “In my Former Life, I was an Insider and in a “Special Club” - Now I’m Being Punished for Leaving that “Special Club” I’m noticing there are some questioning Donald Trumps loyalties because of symbolism and/or things in his past. I think any decent researcher, if we’re being honest, at some point had to have that conversation in our heads. So, the conundrum some are battling with is if Donald Trump is good or bad. Trump said in this clip that he was an “insider” and in a “Special Club”. He said he left that special club. Do we trust his word? No. The only thing we should ever place Trust in is God. But Think about our journey together and all of which has been revealed and exposed since he became President. If Trump is bad and still in that “special club” and he lied about leaving it, my frens, that was the worse thing they could have done. The Truth movement flourishes like it never has before. Millions upon millions of people have been waking up since that man has been elected. Millions upon millions have found God (myself included) or have strengthened their relationship with God. Can anyone else attest to that with me? They would have been MUCH better off keeping us sound asleep if he was bad, because that’s exactly where the majority of us were, prior to that man becoming president. There’s something to be said about how Donald Trump makes you feel when you see him.. Ask yourselves, why does he make you feel inspired and at peace when he speaks? Let me be clear… My faith is not in Donald Trump. My faith is that through divine intervention, God used Donald Trump as a Trumpet to speak to his children before it was too late. My frens, Faith is required to move forward beyond this point. Faith is not in what’s seen. It’s in trusting what God has in store for us tomorrow, which is currently unknown. Unshakeable Faith is an unbreakable rock. Stand on it. Do not flinch. 🙏

Frank Edoho’s voice call with Titi where he said Chike had a girlfriend called Precious. I met Chike and told him, if my wife was foolish enough to cheat on her husband, why would you encourage it?” According to Frank, Chike responded by asking, “Is that what she told you?” Frank said he replied that if his wife still meant as much to him as she did before all the drama started, he could have seriously harmed Chike and left him in a wheelchair. But instead, he begged him to leave his wife alone because they had two sons together and he still wanted to save his family. He revealed that Chike even sent him an apology text at some point, but despite that, the relationship allegedly continued. Frank said he still doesn’t understand what he did to deserve the situation. He also explained how he supported his ex-wife from the beginning. According to him, he sent her to school around 2010/2011, and when she returned and wanted to start working, he encouraged her to start a business instead. She reportedly mentioned skincare and interior decor, and he advised her to focus on interior decor. Frank claimed he helped her build the business from scratch, found her first carpenter, handled a lot of the setup, and even spent years learning interior design photography just to support her work. He said he dedicated his time, energy, and resources to helping her grow. According to him, problems started after she became more successful, and that was when the alleged affair with Chike began. He said no matter how much he begged her to leave Chike, she refused. Frank also revealed that at one point, he left the house and stayed in a hotel for three months. He claimed his wife later found him, cried, and begged him to return home, but only two weeks after he returned, things allegedly went back to how they were before. He added that while he was trying to move on emotionally, his ex-wife eventually saw him with another woman, became upset, and then filed for divorce. Frank ended by explaining that when people talk about the “malice” issue, they misunderstand the context. According to him, he wasn’t just keeping malice for no reason, but reacting to pain from someone he genuinely loved.

🚨 ALERT TEXAS — ALERT PRESIDENT TRUMP! While Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was investigating and exposing what he called “illegal activities” by EPIC City’s developers, their attorney Dan Cogdell was busy on podcasts attacking me — and even taking cheap shots at President Donald J. Trump. “Donald is like some F*cking Brad Pitt.” How about a little respect? That’s our President Dan! If you listen to Cogdell’s own interview, you’ll hear it yourself: instead of addressing the substance of Governor Abbott’s and AG Paxton’s investigation, he tried to deflect and demean. He dismissed the state’s ongoing investigations as “spawned by an Islamophobic woman” — referring to me — and arrogantly told both the Governor and me to “take a long walk off a short pier.” He mocked my reporting, denied legitimate Sharia-related concerns despite abundant video evidence, and then pivoted to praising New York City’s Zohran Mamdani, a self-described socialist Muslim politician widely criticized for extremist rhetoric and anti-American positions. This is who they defend. This is who they elevate. While the state’s top law-enforcement officer investigates alleged illegal actions, they lash out at the people asking questions. Let’s be clear: Cogdell’s rant wasn’t just unprofessional — it was revealing. It showed exactly why they tried so hard to silence me. But the truth won’t be bullied into silence. The Attorney General has confirmed there’s substance behind the concerns they mocked. And while Cogdell attacks a journalist and the 45th President of the United States, the facts are now public and undeniable. (P.S. When Cogdell laughed off Sharia, he showed how dangerously uninformed he is. He should listen to the Texas imam below — then spend some time learning what “taqiyya” really means.)

This morning just completely broke me. I cried. I asked God: why? I tried to calm myself down, pull myself together, and convince myself once again to keep living. Not to give up. To keep doing what I can for Ukraine and for our people. But today is especially hard. In just one day — more attacks, more wounded, more deaths. And I look at the names of the cities in the news and realize: these are not just names. This is the map of my life. Russia stole Crimea from me — my home. Russia is destroying Zaporizhzhia, where my university years passed. Russia strikes Kryvyi Rih over and over again — the city where I was born. Russia daily devastates Nikopol — the city where I studied, worked, and gave years of volunteering to. Russia is destroying the Dnipro region — a land I know not from a map or the news. Russia strikes Kyiv — my home. Russia ruins Odesa and Chornomorsk — places where another part of my heart, my memories, and one of the most important periods of my life remain. Russia destroyed the Kherson region and brought occupation to the children I cared for for years. And yesterday, I was watching a video from Kramatorsk — and at some point, I just couldn’t take it anymore. I started choking on my tears. Because day after day, I am watching the destruction of places where I lived, studied, worked, loved, served, volunteered, made friends, and was happy. And I am haunted by a terrifying thought: where will I return to one day? What will be left of the places where my life used to be? Where will I be able to walk down a familiar street and say, "This is where I once was"? Russia isn't just destroying buildings. It is trying to destroy our memory. Our cities. Our connections. Our sense of home. Entire chunks of our biographies. Russia has destroyed a huge part of my life. And at the same time, over and over again, I see discussions about whether Ukraine should explain something else, concede something else, prove to the world yet again that the aggressor is indeed the aggressor. How much more? How many more destroyed cities? How many murdered children? How many people must lose their homes, families, and entire parts of their own past before people stop making excuses for Russia? Russia is an aggressor state. Russia brought this war into our homes. Russia must be stopped and held accountable for what it has done. But today, I am allowing myself to cry. And then, I will stand up again. And I will keep doing everything I can for Ukraine. Because if they are trying to erase our memory — we will preserve it. If they are trying to force us into silence — we will speak even louder. And if after all this, someone still wants to ask me, "Is Russia really that bad?" Today, I have no diplomatic answer. Fuck you. #StopRussianAggression #Crimea #Zaporizhzhia #KryvyiRih #Nikopol #Kyiv #Odesa #Kherson #Kramatorsk NATO, United Nations, European Commission, United 24.

Issues of paternity have shaped our society for generations, especially in Zimbabwe. They did not start today. I remember going to a funeral with my father in the 1990s, and as we sat around the fire the men began sharing stories. One of them has stayed with me ever since. A Zimbabwean doctor had married a nurse, and they struggled to have children. As usual, when there is no child, the blame was placed on the woman. She went to see her own doctor, who told her plainly that she was not the problem, and advised her to bring her husband for testing. The husband refused, as many Zimbabwean men tend to do. Their marriage eventually collapsed, with the man insisting he could not be the problem because he had a child with another woman before marrying the nurse. That woman, he said, was also a doctor, and he was raising that child. After the divorce, the nurse remarried another doctor, and she immediately fell pregnant. Because it was a tight medical community, the whole situation became a talking point. The ex-husband had loudly declared that his former wife was barren, yet here she was having one child after another, three in total, with her new husband. Meanwhile, the ex-husband remarried, and again there were no children. One day the ex-husband and his former wife met at a gathering. During a casual conversation, as people who once knew each other, she told him directly that he was raising a child who was not his. She told him that he had no capacity to father a child and that if he finally went for tests, he would discover the truth. She reminded him how he had insulted her and her parents, and how he had refused to listen. The revelation shook him. He went for tests, and it was confirmed that he was the problem. He had spent seventeen years looking after a child who was not his. The moral of the story is simple, and I always stress this when mentoring young people. When in doubt, check. In fact, even without doubt, check. A DNA test at birth saves you from future heartbreak. Many men are raising children who are not theirs. Some women know exactly what they are doing. Others genuinely do not know because their relationships overlapped before they settled down. In those cases, even the woman cannot be sure who the father is. So when you have a child, get a DNA test. If you ask for one and a woman becomes defensive or resistant, that is a major red flag. At that point, the test is no longer optional, it is necessary. That is the reality of life today. As they say, trust is beautiful, but DNA is confirmation. In this life we live, hope is not a strategy when it comes to your children, so test your child and protect your future, as the saying goes. I have DNA stories that I could share for a whole year. If compulsory DNA testing was demanded of all of us today, you will be shocked by what will come out. This brother in the video is now going through denial. He has been told the truth, but he is still in shock, which is why he is asking for silly things from this woman. It is hard for any man to discover that the child he believed was his belongs to another man. That is why DNA testing is a necessity and why it should be compulsory.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, millions of people watched their governments lock them down, shut their businesses, and demand compliance with no constitutional authority to do so. Most people complied. I started researching as to where the government had the authority to force all that to happen. I found it. This year I enrolled in paralegal school. Much like Erin Brokovich exposed the coverup at PG & E, this was something I couldn't unsee. I had already independently researched our rights, operating lawfully outside conventional financial and legal systems since 1999. The pandemic made me formalize that knowledge, then share it at scale. Here is what I see every day. Hardworking Americans hand over money they were never required to hand over. Their paycheck gets withheld before they ever touch it. Their 401k, IRA, and Roth sit locked inside a system that profits from their compliance and punishes their freedom. They were told this is just how it works. They were told they need a CPA, an attorney, or permission. They were told wrong. You already have the right to keep your hard earned money. It's your private property covered under the first and fourth Amendments. You already have the right to exit the I-R-S obligation as you have a right to self determination, stop the withholding, and put your retirement back under your own control. Most people just never learned how to exercise it. Scott Bessent told the American people on April 15th, 2026, they they control their status. I show taxpayers, business owners, and retirees how to lawfully reclaim financial control by exercising the rights they already have. Real freedom. Real wealth. Tax free, and fully under your control, with no liabilities and no permission needed. I exited the IRS contract in 1999 and have never heard from them since. It's impossible to describe what Erika Kirk has gone through. Even in this video in which her topic is the division that killed her husband and has triggered three assassination attempts on Trump, she is still attacked, mocked, and slandered. People even complaining "why is she wearing black!?" Because they complain when she wears gold and when she wears white as well. When she shows up, and when she doesn't. When she looks 'suspicious' or 'odd' or 'weird'. Or connected to conspiracies crafted out of thin air. "Erika is a liar", Ok, then do two things: name the lies, and connect those lies to the accusations she has suffered for months. Because otherwise you're just another agitator that has zero proof, zero evidence, and only ad hominem attacks in the name of 'asking questions'. You never really cared about the truth. You have just used Charlie Kirk's murder as a telenovela, agitated by brainrot podcasters that only want a free lunch out of a case that, if you applied just a bit of common sense, it would be easy to connect the dots. The videos I made were precisely for that, but it's obvious that the conspiracies are juicier content for the watercooler. For those of you who still debate, and argument, and discuss, and bring receipts to these deranged fools that keep ignoring every single piece of actual evidence, my hat is off. I don't have the energy or time for that. I just block them at this point. You're definitely better than me. I can just keep doing what I think is right. And what is needed right now is for every single person, every single one, to look inside themselves. But if they have become this blind to external reality, to facts, to critical thinking, I don't have much hopes for any true self reflection.

Presley Gerber, Cindy Crawford’s 27 year-old son, died yesterday in a rehab facility. His cause of death is undetermined. He spoke openly about drug addiction, and I am not erasing that history or claiming his prescribed medications actually caused his death. I am examining what he said about his journey through the mental health system.⁣ ⁣ Presley said he had seen 15 psychiatrists and described being offered what he characterized as “20 medications,” with instructions to take one if he felt this way, another if he felt that way and others “as needed.” His prescribed drugs included buprenorphine—an opioid—and benzodiazepines including Xanax and Valium. He spoke about changing doses, withdrawal, conflicting advice and not knowing whether he was taking “a little or a lot.” At one point he said, “Don’t give me that much freedom. I need some direction.”⁣ ⁣ I don’t care if you believe his death was a psyop or have theories about the Gerbers, because the treatment story Presley told is my story and the story of countless others. It is not a psyop when it is happening to real people.⁣ ⁣ I had access to psychiatric care, too. For decades, psychiatrists misdiagnosed me, prescribed one drug after another and failed to give me meaningful informed consent. When I experienced adverse reactions, they became evidence of more mental illness, resulting in more diagnoses, more drugs and deeper entrapment inside the system harming me.⁣ ⁣ Whenever tragedy strikes, we hear that the answer is more access to mental healthcare, as though access guarantees safe, competent care. Presley had money, powerful parents and resources most families could never obtain, yet he still sounded like a frightened man buried inside the help.⁣ ⁣ Lack of access is not the only danger. Fragmented, medication-heavy psychiatric care can also endanger lives. More doctors can mean more labels, prescriptions and contradictory instructions, with no one responsible for the pharmaceutical picture.⁣ ⁣ If we demand more access without asking access to what, prescribed by whom, based on which diagnosis, with what informed consent and with what consequences, we are not helping. We are harming

🚨 horrible conditions of more than 6.000 Sudanese refugees in Kumar, Ethiopia 🇪🇹 ( This morning we woke up to several phone calls on our WhatsApp hotline as usual. But this time it is a number with the country code of Ethiopia. One goes into the guess: what would someone from Ethiopia want from Refugees in Libya? But let’s answer the call! We picked up the call and someone started the conversation in an Arabic tone: “Are you David Yambio?” “Yes, I am” i told him. He goes on to introduce himself and says that they are dying and they need help. But in the meanwhile he asks “will you allow me to turn on my camera to broadcast the situation?” I tell him to wait while I ask immediately another comrade to start filming, because I don’t know what he will show me on a video call or if we will ever get in touch with him or who knows if that is the last drop of his battery 🪫. We dive into the topic, as I ask curious questions about everything possible to foster my understanding of the situation. But the bandwidth is low. I can’t see clearly what is happening, but I see throngs of people and his voice comes in and out. I tell him to rather record a short video of the circumstance and then tell me all details in a voice message via WhatsApp because that is easier in such situations. The network is still dropping and I am so lost, that I haven’t convened the right message and at the same time I wonder if I raised his expectations for a rescue by asking him to record a short video. The call ends and I immediately sent him a voice message, explaining in details what I need to know: the location, what is happening, when did they leave Sudan and who is there helping on the ground, the UNHCR? The government? Charity organisations? I ask for anything that could help us understand the situation and who to target. It is more that two minutes that the message has been delivered, but in my WhatsApp status it indicates that he hasn’t seen the message yet. I am lost and mad because I couldn’t help, I wondered if I will ever hear from him again and if not, what will happen to the thousands of people that I saw in that video call? I went out to get some fruits for breakfast but every minute I check my phone as messages pop up but none is from that stranger from Ethiopia. in between, I receive two calls from Libya but I tell them that I will call them in a few minutes, because in my head I am hoping that the person stuck in a desperate situation in Ethiopia will call and he would find the line busy? I did the shopping and immediately went home, but I can’t sit or start my breakfast as I move up and down in my room. I ask my comrade “what if the person doesn’t call back? How do we reach him? What do they want from Refugees in Libya? What if they send us the video we requested for, what will we do with it?” “We can ring an alarm 🚨?” I asked while feeling disappointed. A few more minutes passed and messages started to pop in: desperate faces, many more hundreds in one picture, signposts and banners about the situation at Kumar camp in Ethiopia ( In the pictures are persons wearing jackets with the UNHCR logo and I immediately tell myself that at least they will be helped. I insist for a video, because for me it would be easier to understand what is happening. He tells me, “be patient because our network is slow and the video is loading”. Finally after 6 minutes, the video arrives and I am shocked. But what do I tell him: a “thank you”? “I will do something about your situation?” “I will report about it?” I found out that in my head was this tag of war between choices and approaches to such miserable conditions. 1/3

One hundred days have passed since those two nights. The two nights where I felt the meaning of everything everywhere all at once. I was full of joy, pride, anger, worry, despair, uncertainty, hope, belief, and everything in between. They were as glorious as they were sorrowful. A nation was telling a romantic, dramatic, violent love story. The story of Iran and our absolute love for it. What transpired after is not that different. Those of us who are survivors of the January massacre feel like we are still there. We are still experiencing the exact same wave of emotions. We remember. We remember the heavy metallic smell of gunpowder in the air. We remember the ash of the fires we lit up dancing in the cold wind. We remember how we illuminated a sky that stood darker than ever, because the occupying syndicate had initiated a total blackout. Digital and electrical. They tried to plunge us into the absolute dark. We remember how the light of the phones they had severed from the outside world became beacons in our hands. We held them up in the dark, desperate to show the world exactly how many of us were fighting and how we were holding the line. We remember how we felt when we stood around the fires we started, chanting Javid Shah together. It felt like that fire was our collective will. We stood around it because our unity was the very thing breathing the fire of courage into every single one of us that night. The words I had held dear for so long hit me deep in my core when I was standing beside that fire, taking my place in the Lion and Sun Revolution. I remember them echoing throughout my entire existence: "The legends of my homeland are not forgotten myths, My people still breathe fire through the darkest rifts. Alive and standing firm where shadows meet, Fear and ignorance have died upon their feet." I remember being amazed to see our true flags everywhere, because I knew exactly how hard it was to acquire one under the gaze of a terrorist syndicate. I remember the rapid gunshots. I remember the taste of tear gas in my throat, the ache of my mussels throughout my bosand the sickening worry over my friends and loved ones burning a hole inside my gut. And I remember seeing the spark of pure, undeniable fear in the eyes of their thugs. I remember all of it. My rage will not let me forget a single second. Each moment of each day, awake or asleep, I feel that exact same mixture of feelings while I watch foreign politicians play their diplomatic games and broadcast their confusing noise. And that is exactly how I know in my heart that we will end this regime one way or another. Because even if the world turns away, I know I have my compatriots to rely on, both outside and inside this country. I know we will keep moving forward no matter what. Now, to those sitting in absolute safety who tell us to just go pick up a gun and fight for our freedom: Speaking as an Iranian civilian locked inside this country, first I have to ask you, where the hell do I get a gun or the ammunition to load it? I am not saying we cannot get weapons. I am trying to tell you that what you say is infinitely harder than it sounds from your safe distance. But regardless of your advice, be absolutely sure of this fact: we are not sitting by asking for our freedom to be handed to us on a silver platter like some privileged kid. We have already fought and bled on the asphalt for our liberation. When the time comes, we will do so again. We will not forget. We will not forgive. And we will take our country back. Pāyandeh #Irán. Javid Shah.

I HAVE BECOME F*CKING USELESS, TEN GPT6-ASTRA AGENTS AND FLY TOOK $500 TO $10,347 ON $AMC WITHOUT ME I left the ten seats watching Robinhood overnight and came back to a balance of $10,347.00 when I handed them the terminal, there was one instruction: exit first. if you cannot get out clean, you do not get in I did not touch the mouse once during those 13 hours here is how that night unfolded: → 16:52 NOVA spotted the same fresh contract appearing in three tracked wallets and passed it up with no opinion attached → 17:24 PULSAR confirmed the tape was real and not one wallet spoofing volume against itself → 18:03 ECHO caught five accounts pushing the ticker with the exact same caption and marked the social read as manufactured → 19:38 LENS threw out the holder snapshot in the handoff and pulled a fresh one from the source → 21:11 ATLAS modelled the exit at 0.7% impact and passed the number up, no size attached → 22:47 KEPLER refused three early windows and marked the retest as the only clean entry → 00:22 TITAN sat on the risk gate. chart was already up 60%. he did not let the size grow past what the exit could carry → 01:44 ASTRA approved the flight plan only after every objection above was closed → 02:51 COMET filled it. one order. logged against the model → 05:52 VAULT sealed the evidence and ASTRA marked the mission complete I gave TITAN permission to veto sizes and by hour four I wanted to take it back the chart was climbing while he was measuring exit depth for the fourth time I had the ticker open on my phone I wanted them bigger they held the size exactly where the modelled exit stopped being clean by morning: $500 → $10,347.00 on $AMC. +1969.40% 971 tests. one fill. evidence sealed. I keep thinking about how the only one who wanted to break the rules that night was me TITAN was doing exactly what I had told him to do and I was already looking for a reason why this time deserved an exception this run is simulated and the video says so on screen. the architecture is the point, not the number most people build agents that argue about what to buy the argument worth having is about what it costs to leave build your own crew.
