Most "agentic" failures happen because the model lacks specific domain knowledge. Here I'm showing how loading a Skills Plugin solves that for dataset generation. I turned a research paper (shows fine-tuning dataset creation from books) into a Skill and just gave a book link and asked it to generate the dataset. Claude Code produced a clean SFT-ready dataset from a single URL. The same process can be applied to anything.

Today, Deputy Prime Minister Stefanishyna delivered a report on negotiations held in Washington and other capitals at the team level, focused on the geopolitical component of the Victory Plan. Our military continues working closely with partners on the military aspects of the plan. This week, we will present our strategy to compel Russia to a just end to the war to all our European partners. Of course, the Victory Plan will also be made public—along with the first response we received from our partners. And we, all of us in Ukraine, really need maximum support.

Six weeks and ~60 hours of everything I wanted to teach my junior analysts (but never had the time). The basic tools needed to survive & thrive on the buy-side: - How to build your investment process - How to conduct a deep dive research process - How to figure out what will move the stock - How to generate investment ideas - How to prepare for a management meeting - How to manage the deluge of information - How to develop & communicate a thesis - How to be a good buy-side analyst - And much more In the Analyst Academy, we attempt to teach the "hedge fund equity research process" and endeavor to try to present what we think are best practices for the buy-side equity research process. We have hosted over 1,500 students from all walks of the buy-side - analysts from large multi-managers, tiger style funds, long only firms, and family offices. Our 2026 Design in AI Report is now live! This report is the culmination of thousands of people hours and many late nights to create what we believe is the most comprehensive, well-researched report capturing and synthesizing the state of Design + AI today. While we used AI in many areas, a report like this still required deep thinking, grit, and humans coming together to do what they do best. The final report spans nearly 20k words covering the survey results of over 900 people paired with dozens of qualitative interviews. Over the coming months we will also release 7 beautiful case studies showing how top design teams are working on the ground featuring designers at Anthropic, Framer, Linear, Notion, Shopify, Sierra, and Stripe. This work is a true labor of love to help guide a design community we hold so dear. Link in the comments and please let us know what you think. We got into YC S26 :) The first thing we did was make a list of products we were literally built for. Today, at 12 PM, we're putting that thesis to the test. For the next 12 hours, we'll reach out to every company on that list. The experiment: Can a small YC startup get in front of the biggest AI product teams in the world in a single day? By midnight we'll have the answer. Either way, we'll share the numbers.
