That's Eric Tucker flying. Eric is Sean Tucker's son. Sean flew the Oracle plane at various air shows. When Eric was 7, he told his dad he could do a better job telling the crowd what they were seeing than the adult announcer. Sean gave him a chance and Eric shone in his new job.

At Farnborough airshow in 1976 I saw a glider tug throttle back to near stalling speed and due to the wind was absolutely stationery above the runway 100 ft up.

I saw this done 40 years ago at the Biggin Hill air show in the UK.
