Lotta chatter about my workout routine these days so here ya go. 225x26, 315x5, 225x24 (3 min rest between sets) I do this twice a week. Meat and potatoes workouts. Bench, pull ups, and deadlifts. That’s it. No fancy kettlebell bullshit, no CrossFit, no saunas, ice baths, or trendy gym workouts. Never injured, strong as hell, I go to bed at 9pm and wake up at 4am. During the week i fast till 1pm, eat only meat and on weekends I’ll have cheat meals at the snack shack during my son’s baseball games. Only goal is to be the strongest Dad at the baseball field. My pre workout is an energy drink (Reign) and a mouthful of Creatine powder. Super meathead style. I give all glory to Jesus and Scorpion Venom + Peptides.

This is the SAME routine (and polished-out version) of my daily process which I run to: -> get multiple 100%+ years since 2020 (shown in track record) -> avg +50% CAGR since 1995 (with my 10k+ signal database as outsample) ->entering breakouts at EOD, -> and just trading 20min/day It's very simple; all I do is: • Go to TradingView • Open the regular stock scanner • narrow down the universe with the selections in the video below • move those results to another WL • then run my custom Pine screener • shows me 5-25 stock results • manually verify stocks meeting my criteria • load them up on my broker • enter at 3:58 EST before the close The pre-selection scans on the US stocks universe is: - price >= 1 - price x avg dol volume >15M - 8 EMA > 20 EMA > 50 EMA - price > 20 EMA - ADX >30 - ADR % >= 1% The point here is to make a filtered universe of stocks to THEN run my PINE screener, so it can get the whole universe below 1k stocks so it fits the WL size in TV. My custom Pine screener then searches for: - Stock already established momentum + in consolidation state - CML is green - adjusted avg $ volume to >20M - the current consolidation has a defined HL (for longs, LH for shorts) showing VCP characteristics - the consolidation is at least 7 candles in length - A breakout candle above the high of previous day candle - entry to stop size is >1.2% (for position sizing rule) - and some other specific criteria to dial in the possible breakouts like defined swing points, volatility contraction, etc The result? In just <10 minutes I scan the whole universe of US stocks, get 5-25 stocks that meet my strict criteria for trading momentum breakouts, and I just load the orders and enter before the close. THIS is a simple, quite polished, daily process and routine I follow to see my edge play out overtime. Remember, scans and the daily process is JUST a tool to execute your syste/setup the most efficient way possible. If you feel lost during the day, and feel like "winging it" constantly, revise your setup, define what you are looking for, and build a polished and efficient routine to make it happen and minimize mistakes. This one was an odd one to anyone who didn't get it. As kids, my younger brother and I grew up on Halo 2. We didn't have Live or anything like that, so no Online Multiplayer. Instead, we used custom games as a sandbox for our creativity and made up our own storylines with our Spartans. Every weekend we'd load up customs, pick a map, and just pick up where we left off. We would've been 10 and 7. The story we had made up spanned multiple games- two inseparable Spartans fighting off bad guys and making friends along the way. I honesty couldn't even confidently tell you where the story began or how it ended, but all I remember is that at one point my Spartan found an Energy Sword that we called The Holy Sword (clever, I know) that slowly corrupted him and made him evil? Eventually we grew up and grew out of it, but we reference our characters inadvertently all the time. Nameplates, Service Tags, Coating choices-- hell my Spartan setup in Infinite is a call-back to my character, too. Anyways, at some point in early 2022 I wanted to stray off from the goofy shorts and make something that no one really understood but my brother, and this was the video. I was hesitant to post it because it was going to just leave people entirely confused but honestly now I just find it funny. If his wife was actively delivering, why are the both arriving casually with luggage? The Smoking Gun Edit: In her new post, she edits the car/elevator footage to cut directly to an ultrasound—trying to frame it like they were just going to a routine checkup. BUT... in her original post of this same footage (which she forgot she uploaded), the elevator clip cuts directly to Charlie holding the newborn baby, wearing the exact same shirt. She scrubbed the timeline. She changed the edit. Why? If you are going to use your children for emotional blackmail online, at least get your own lies straight. This isn't about her kids; this is about a psychopath who is actively manipulating her public image and lying to her audience while she allegedly colludes with the state to cover up her husband's assassination. My forex fun-fact: Forex humbled me for some time I was literally reduced to a beggar after the death of my daughter, I lost everything and became customer to loan companies, using my cars as collateral to get money and I was left with no car at all at some point, I was using public transport coded lol, many that are close to me knows this, I was always invited from one police station to the other, this court to that court, I became the shadow of my self, but one thing remain with me which is courage, confidence at the face of chaos … I face betrayals from those that I never expected.. Guys I have a lot that I will share with you all, may be I will open a YouTube channels where I will be talking about my forex journey I was loosing serially, infact most times I will borow money and fund before I say jack I already has lost the money, it was not easy at all, in-fact some times I have to call some trader to pls help find me something to buy litle food stuffs in my house due to the fact that I have nothing in the house, all the pos in my area I was owing them in millions, because it took them long time to understood that I was broke. The market shows me no mercy, I even aproach two traders to even buy off my academy just this last month so that I may atleast start again yes, sometimes I will be afraid to even post on my pages just because I don’t know who I am owing that may comment to insult me but many of them are calm with me , may be due to the fact that they know that I am straight forward, asssshh! I was humbled but I maintain steez … infact some big trader will come to Abuja and called me but I will tell them I am not in town just because I don’t even have a car to go see them, because how will I be explaining…it’s a long story that I want to cut short … a lot happen … on the 16th of April 2026 of last month I was resting in my house and upto 9 police or so armed police men enter my house, surrounded it and took me away with a car that has no plate number, they never told my family where they were taking me to it was like a movie and I had nothing on me.. in my account or at hand, I followed them and I was locked up in a cell where I can only sit or stand, it was like a dog house size, I can’t even stretch my legs it is not more than 2 square meters and some times we will be upto 5 inside so no can stretched legs , him it is well .. My forex fun-fact: Forex humbled me for some time I was literally reduced to a beggar after the death of my daughter, I lost everything and became customer to loan companies, using my cars as collateral to get money and I was left with no car at all at some point, I was using public transport coded lol, many that are close to me knows this, I was always invited from one police station to the other, this court to that court, I became the shadow of my self, but one thing remain with me which is courage, confidence at the face of chaos … I face betrayals from those that I never expected.. Guys I have a lot that I will share with you all, may be I will open a YouTube channels where I will be talking about my forex journey I was loosing serially, infact most times I will borow money and fund before I say jack I already has lost the money, it was not easy at all, in-fact some times I have to call some trader to pls help find me something to buy litle food stuffs in my house due to the fact that I have nothing in the house, all the pos in my area I was owing them in millions, because it took them long time to understood that I was broke. The market shows me no mercy, I even aproach two traders to even buy off my academy just this last month so that I may atleast start again yes, sometimes I will be afraid to even post on my pages just because I don’t know who I am owing that may comment to insult me but many of them are calm with me , may be due to the fact that they know that I am straight forward, asssshh! I was humbled but I maintain steez … infact some big trader will come to Abuja and called me but I will tell them I am not in town just because I don’t even have a car to go see them, because how will I be explaining…it’s a long story that I want to cut short … a lot happen … on the 16th of April 2026 of last month I was resting in my house and upto 9 police or so armed police men enter my house, surrounded it and took me away with a car that has no plate number, they never told my family where they were taking me to it was like a movie and I had nothing on me.. in my account or at hand, I followed them and I was locked up in a cell where I can only sit or stand, it was like a dog house size, I can’t even stretch my legs it is not more than 2 square meters and some times we will be upto 5 inside so no can stretched legs , him it is well .. I've been experimenting with Seedance 2.0 to create seamless extensions. I created this sequence called UBUMBE FOREST. Seamless extensions can actually be quite tricky to do and requires some precise magic with editing to connect them. There is no shortcut here, you must experiment until you find the sweet spot to make the transition seamless. Ubumbe Forest - During a routine foraging trip deep in the Ubumbe forest in Tanzania, a father guides his daughter off the beaten path. Here, hidden from the rest of their tribe, she steps into a breathtaking new world and comes face-to-face with insects and creatures she has never seen before, even encountering a rare Peafox. 🟢Extending a scene however is fairly simple: - Generate your first sequence. - Upload that video as an Omni reference. - Type this at the start of the prompt "Naturally continue the movement and momentum from the previous clip. Keep the exact same art style, lighting, character appearance, and physics." and then explain what happens next in this sequence. - Congrats, you now have a scene extension that naturally flows from where the last video ended. However this is only the start of the puzzle, you need to join these clips so they're seamless. Seedance 2.0 is able to match the pacing, remember the characters and even their voices using this technique. The hard part is the extension but check my second post to see how I'm doing it in Capcut.
