I’d say 90-95% of everyone who knows XRP just simply sees it as a buy/sell asset when in fact, if used as intended, as clarified by you with @JoelKatz, is probably the most valuable asset we’ll see in our life time. The price right now mean absolutely nothing until these laws pass. Those who know its value and true use case need to just collect as much as possible.
