The elephant in the room is that Zimbos are generally filthy. At some point people must stop littering and find ways to dispose of rubbish. Blaming city council while living in squalor is ludicrous.

Athlone has potential and has a huge scope for appreciation. It needs to be cleaned up, though. The shopping centre needs a forward-thinking owner
