And I said, 'I'm all in with you, let's rebuild this.' And we went about two weeks and it was just absolute honeymoon phase. I mean, we were just, never it was great. And then I went through her phone two weeks after that and found that she was on Snapchat with the guy. And I confronted her about it, and she said, 'Okay, well, I didn't think you were really gonna change, and I wanted to keep this friendship with the guy.' And she said, 'I'll break it off with him.' And I'm like, 'Okay, I guess I'll give you a second chance. I'm kind of heartbroken again that you would keep this from me. And then about a week and a half later, which was just yesterday, I went through the call logs on which, I feel bad because I'm constantly digging at all this, but every time I dig, I find something. And I confronted her yesterday that she's been talking to this guy for 30, 40, 50 minutes a day, um, the last week and a half, after she told me a third time that she was breaking it off with him. And I'm just super confused. I don't really know how to handle this. Now she's saying that she's all done talking to him, and I'm like, 'Well, how do I trust you now? Like if you ask me what's a passion of mine — I like 50s doo-wop rock and roll. I listen to it almost every day. I'm not writing a book about doo-wop music because I don't really see a great way to make that interesting to a large number of readers. I think about things that people want to explore in themselves. And then I say, okay, are these things that I have something to say about, or I have some knowledge about, or I'm curious about myself? And when those overlap, when one that I'm curious about overlaps with something that I think readers will be curious about, that makes the list. What doesn't make the list is just because I'm interested in it. It's a business. You're putting out books and you're trying to get people to read them, and it takes you a year or two of your life to do it."

Listen. One, I invited her. Two, she wasn't free, like, genuinely busy. For Nong, I have to say that she already had plans with her family. I invite her every time, you know? But the thing is, sometimes our free time doesn't align, or our days off aren't the same, because we both have our own work. Some days we have our own errands to do. But hey, we always eat together, we're always together, we just don't show you. Calm down, sis. And I'm not gonna talk about this anymore. No one deserves to get scolded, accused of lying, or asked, "Phi invited you, so why didn't you go?" Heyyy, people can be busy, you know? I'm really not gonna say or tell anything anymore. If I say something and it doesn't happen, or I get busy, then I'll get scolded again. You know? Normal people understand that, you know what I mean?
