We regained though

Avocado oil my brother, key to a good steak in the in the crust, can only get that from searing that bad boy at an extremely high heat (cast iron pan is a great start) but you wanna make you sure you use an oil with a much higher burning point so this doesn't happen. & don't add the butter until you're ready to baste. Lower the heat first because you don't want burnt butter & add a little garlic & thyme to add flavor to that butter

I went to season my meat, and left it on high for 10 straight minutes 😅, second round went much smoother

Maybe put the oil before the pan is scorching hot 💀
