#Cowboys Shavon Revel Jr. was really tested on Thursday night vs the #Lions. I believe he will bounce back — he just needs more reps and more opportunities to play press. As a DB, you’re not going to win every rep in press-man coverage, but it’s necessary to get hands on receivers, feel their releases, and learn their tendencies. That’s how young corners grow. The issue is the system. The Cowboys played only 14% man coverage the entire game, which does not match the strengths of our defensive backs. Press-man corners want to challenge wideouts at the line, disrupt timing, and stay in phase. Zone corners play with more cushion, eyes on the quarterback, and drive on the ball. Revel is built for press-man, not sitting back in soft zone. If you draft or sign physical corners, you have to let them play to their strengths. This is a double whammy print. You got payroll, and you got jobs at the same time. This data is a little noisy because there's so many revisions to it. There was concerns it would be as low as sixty thousand because basically, the border shut down, and immigration's crawled to a halt. But that's not what happened and so I anticipate, within an hour, the administration will be talking about how good this is, 'cause it is pretty good. It's great because it doesn't show you a slowdown yet or any recessionary fears or consumers melting or any of the negative narratives that were just around yesterday.

You have to see this. Sophy Ridge and Wilfred Frost literally laughed in Labour MP Gordon McKee’s face as he tried to defend Andy Burnham’s almost non-existent media scrutiny. McKee lamely offered that Burnham had done Reddit Q&As. The presenters immediately shut it down. Frost pointed out that Burnham literally picked the questions he wants to answer. Sophy, laughing at the sheer absurdity, added that he just simply ignored the ones he didn’t like and refused to answer what the public actually wanted to know. She went on to highlight how Burnham has barely done any proper interviews at all, opting instead for tightly controlled press conferences where he refuses to take questions from journalists. This is someone being lined up as the next Prime Minister. The level of avoidance is staggering. No serious candidate has ever dodged real scrutiny like this. If Burnham wants the job, he should face proper, unfiltered interviews and tough questions, not hand-pick softballs on Reddit. Watching Labour MPs tie themselves in knots trying to defend it only makes them look ridiculous.
