Did the cow move when the lights turned green? Since the clip doesn't show that, it's apparent that it did not. Please don't create false equivalences and invest more into traffic management rather than spending time on @X doing time pass while the people of Pune suffer. Recently a bike rider succumbed to injuries after colliding with these cattle on the streets; did the traffic constable take action to remove these hazards from the street, or did you even think of passing on this information instead of dropping posts on X?
