Self-control is easy when you’re weak. The real test is staying calm when you have the power to burn everything down.

Manipulators Understand That Narrative Control Is Everything "They understand that power is controlling what happens, but true power is controlling what people THINK about what happens."

Watcher (2022) is a slow-burn psychological horror that understands true fear lies in being ignored. Maika Monroe carries the film with quiet paranoia, turning a simple premise into something deeply unsettling.

"E+R=O . . . Event + Response = Outcome. Here's how simple, obvious and intuitive this is. What is the only piece of this equation that any of us have control over? All we control is our response. We are responsible for everything that is in our control. Our attitude. Our mindset. Our decisions. Our opinions. Our perspectives. Our feelings. Our emotions. We are responsible for 100% of it. We are also responsible for how we respond to everything we don't control. We are responsible for everything we do control. But we are also responsible for how we choose to respond to everything we don't control."

When Bruce Lee said; “You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. True power is sitting back and observing everything with logic. If words control you that means everyone else can control you. Breathe and allow things to pass.”

2026.1.11 Iran’s theocratic regime is panicking. As protests erupt nationwide, the playbook is familiar: cut the internet, silence phones, kill the truth. Fires burn, dozens die while state TV insists “everything is calm.” Authoritarian power’s deadliest weapon isn’t missiles or drones, but mind control. Propaganda spreads lies to disorient people before violence follows. From Tehran to Beijing, tyrannical regimes know the rule: control the story, control the people. Lose the story, and everything collapses.

"People used to call this a conspiracy theory. Today there is a massive exposure, with explicit admissions." Muhammad Al-Farah, Ansar Allah political bureau: the Zionist project is not just military, it is a comprehensive war to plunder the region's wealth, control its ports, and tie its economies and currencies to Israel's. "It wants to seize everything, plunder the wealth, and tie even the economies of these countries to its own. Control the ports. Control everything."

It is clear in black and white. I did my part, and once I realized she is doing adult explicit content , I stepped aside as I could not associate with people involved in adult content. Watch the entire video it explains everything clearly with supporting evidence on Marion case !.

Senator Matt Canavan says the quiet part out loud. Net zero is nothing more than a massive globalist socialist plan to control everything. ‘Net Zero emissions by 2050 means the Government has to direct how you drive, what you can eat, how we make power, how we make everyday things’ It must be stopped.

If everything is Antisemitic then nothing is Antisemitic… Let’s look closely at the selective outrage, hypocrisy & double standards. Weaponised words such as racist, antisemitic, White supremacist & Nazi no longer have power over us. These words were designed to silence us, oppress us, control us & stop us from raising & expressing genuine fears & concerns. That is what we call psychological abuse. One set of rules imposed on us & another set for everybody else. Time to hold hypocrites to their own standards. Lana Red Ice TV ⨁ 🔥

HUSTLE IS A CHOICE You can't control everything that happens to you but you can control your effort and attitude. Nobody goes through life w/out getting knocked down but only you can decide whether you'll get back up. Great example from #38 Alijah Clark ~ via Ed Werder
