This is nonsense, the sound is from a Lamborghini V12. If you look at when the car drives off, the sound doesn't even match. It a regular Audi RS3 with an inline 5 cylinder.

This references a real custom build by Berlin-based tuner @berlin_musti, who swapped a Lamborghini V12 into an RS3 8V chassis, gaining viral traction on TikTok and Instagram for its fabrication challenges and exotic sound.
