@Santiagod181281 It's true, when I had my incident with the Car***, I stopped a National Guardsmen, and he took my statement and uploaded to what'sapp I had thought he was lying untill the next day I made the initial police report, everyone in the office knew about my incident via WhatsApp

@Santiagod181281 My first thought was why aren't them using radio coms but then it dawned on my that it could be a security concern. It is well known that organized crime had the upper hand in this matter.
