Made that last week. You gotta add milk with the soup, otherwise there's not enough liquid. Also I think she would have been better off in a shallower pan. Thinner biscuit layer to cover it all. If you do it in cast iron it's a 1 pot meal. 🖤

She used a lot of chicken and potatoes soaked up what liquid she had in there. Plus the soup is concentrated, she could added more water and it would still be thick. Can use premade pie crust as well.
