I postponed posting these videos until now because I wanted to finish dealing with some health issues first… but , I couldn’t wait anymore because of how adorable these children are 🥹🤍 My little niece completely melted my heart. I hadn’t seen her for 4 months, and I was waiting so excitedly to see her reaction when she wore the pink Keep Silent shirt I made especially for her and for the carpet too. The moment she wore it, her reaction said everything. Until now, I still can’t stop wearing mine too 🤣 The cutest part? The way she ran to my dad saying: “Grandpa, I’m wearing Keep Silent… it means shhh 🤫” I swear my heart melted right there 🫠 And at the end of the video, when she saw the new pink cake shirt from the new collection… just look at her reaction 🤣🤍 how can i say no? As for my oldest niece…, I don’t know what kind of impact Lingling Kwong has on her heart 🤭 She loves her so much and still believes she’s AI 🤣 The way she carefully put on her sunscreen and said: “Maybe I’ll look special like Ling” 🫠🥹 That moment truly melted me. And in the third video, when she saw Ling’s new collection… just look at her eyes. That sparkle says everything. This is the impact Lingling Kwong has on the purest hearts. She was also waiting excitedly for the Dubai chocolate lip balm “like Orm” 🤣🤍 I always tell her she’s already special and beautiful just the way she is… but seeing how LingOrm influence children with such pure, innocent love is something so touching and beautiful 🥹 And this is exactly why I can never say no to them 🥰 #LingOrm #หลิงออม #Linglingkwong‌ #OrmKornnaphat‌ #keepsilent #alwayswonder

My daughter and I spent some time outside to test out our new sled. She asked me to record her now and again in a couple months to see her progress. She gave me permission to share a clip of her using the sled. This is what we call "Backyard PT." This is why we bought this sled. This is why we're doing everything we can for her. We've had many days of setbacks, but watching her push forward despite those setbacks and watching her progress has been very humbling. She wants to live. To think, just 8 months ago, we thought she was going to die. She weighed 85lbs. No body fat and barely any muscle mass. She couldn't see, couldn't chew food, her organs were damaged, her gut wasn't working, her hands were too shaky and weak to give herself insulin, she couldn't even hold a 2lb water bottle or a plate of food. She could barely get out of bed without help. She couldn't even safely walk around the house. She had multiple falls. One that split open her chin and knocked out a couple of teeth, and one that resulted in a broken tibia. She needed a wheelchair just to get around the house. Just 3 months ago, she was still using a wheelchair but gradually transitioned to a walker with a seat. Today, she still uses a walker for doctor's appointments or going to the store, and she sometimes uses it to get around the house if her BP is low. But, she now weighs 113lbs. When her BP is good, she can walk slowly around the house with no assistance. She just uses the walls, counters, and furniture for stability if she needs it. Even though her PCP wants her to continue going to PT, she has already used up the maximum amount that her insurance covers, so now she's doing PT at home. She puts 2.5lb-5lb weights around her ankles for when she walks around the house. She's been going outside and trying to workout with our weightlifting equipment. This week, we bought this sled as a way for her to strengthen her legs and calves while giving her something to hold for stability and reducing her risk of injury or falls. We have noticed that strengthening her legs and calves has been a big help with her hypotension issues. Day #1 has already shown us that this was a good purchase. The best thing about this sled is that we can all use it. It has resistance modes 1-3. The faster it's pushed, the more resistance it has. We can add weights to it. Up to 270lbs. It's easy to turn, especially for someone like her who needs to start off with something extremely light and easy to use. We had fun with this yesterday. I first took it up and down our street, about 1/2 mile, pushing as fast as I could on resistance #1. The faster I pushed and more force I used, the more resistance I felt. Then, I brought it to our backyard and went back and forth pushing hard on #3. Then, she came outside and we spent almost an hour taking turns going back and forth. She first used resistance #1, then tried switching it to #2. She could definitely feel the difference. I would say that she's now all set up for some good Backyard PT. It took 8 months to get here. I can't wait to see where she'll be at in another 8 months 💪

Mother & daughter hide at home for 2 months—ICE detain mom when food ran out forcing her to the store. Now the daughter says it's all her fault—because mom only left to feed her. Agents then try to trick the 11-year-old girl to visit detention center—to deport her too. Read 👇 full English transcript of Telemundo News video. Reporter: "At only 11 years old, she is alone in the United States." Yoselyn: "I feel like I miss her a lot because she was the only one who understood me and she was... she was everything to me." Reporter: "She is the daughter of Marisol Vega, the Ecuadorian woman detained this Monday by immigration agents." Yoselyn: "I can't do anything because I'm still little." Reporter: "This little girl told me about the terror she felt when her mom called her to tell her that she had hidden inside a container because she was cornered by ICE." Yoselyn: "Every time I see that immigration has taken her, I feel like it was all my fault for sending her." Reporter: "The girl says she feels guilty because her mom left home to buy her food. For two months they remained locked up, surviving with the help of the school and the community. But when the food ran out, her mother had no choice but to leave." Yoselyn: "My mom doesn't eat so she can feed me." Reporter: "Faced with an imminent situation, she says her mother tried to prepare her for the worst, leaving her documents and a friend's phone number in case she was arrested." Yoselyn: "I never thought this day would come." Reporter: "From Ecuador, her aunt spoke to us. She said the family is in the midst of anguish. Marisol's eldest daughter recently underwent surgery, and following the arrest, Marisol's mother had to be hospitalized due to the shock." Aunt: "It is a despair that I would not wish on any person, any human being who goes through those things." Reporter: "While Marisol remains in ICE custody, Yoselyn is being cared for by an activist who claims that immigration's objective was to have the mother and daughter in custody." Aunt: "They wanted us to take the girl to the federal prison so they could have her with Marisol to prosecute them together. So, we told him no." Reporter: "We contacted the Department of Homeland Security, but so far we have not received a response."

🚨WOW!!! A lady in Tennessee is being hailed as a HERO after she rescued a KIDNAPPED 12-year-old girl as she came running out of the woods, barefoot and covered in scratches, and collapsed into a ditch on the side of the highway, attempting to escape. Cars kept driving past her. One woman looked in her rearview mirror and thought: somebody will stop for that baby. ...BUT NOBODY DID!!! So she turned around. 🇺🇸 Her name is Jennifer Maxwell. She was driving home from her job as a healthcare caregiver on Sunday afternoon, on US-421 in Erwin, North Carolina. That's when she saw a little girl come out of the treeline, run down the embankment, and drop into the ditch, sobbing. Jennifer slowed down. She watched her mirror. She waited for somebody else to do something. Not one car stopped. So she turned her vehicle around, pulled up, and rolled down her window. "Baby, are you okay?" And the little girl said: "No. I've been kidnapped." Jennifer asked if she was serious. She was serious. She had no shoes on. Just a big T-shirt and shorts. Her arms and legs were torn up with scratches from running through the brush. She had been walking in those woods for TWO HOURS. Investigators say the man kept pushing her, grabbing her by the shoulder, forcing her to keep moving deeper into the trees. That 12-year-old girl got away from him ON HER OWN. She ran. She made it to the road. And then she needed one adult in America to stop the car. Jennifer got her inside, locked the doors, and called 911. She drove her straight to the Erwin Police Department. Then she took deputies BACK to the spot where she found her, so they could search the right woods. They found him in the treeline that night. Daniel Francis Gear, 38. Charged with first-degree kidnapping and assault on a female. Bond set Monday at $2.5 MILLION. She won't take the word hero. "I just thank God that I was there, cause if it was my daughter, I'd want someone to be there also." BE THE ONE WHO TURNS AROUND!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Teacher (Actresss) Lek: My daughter called and told me, 'Mom, you’re acting with Lisa!' I didn’t even know before that — I found out from my daughter too. So I was like, 'Oh really?' Then I went to check the news and was like, 'Oh, it’s true.' But Lisa joined later — we had already started filming when they announced that she’d be part of the cast. MC: How was it working with Lisa, ma’am? Lek: She’s such a lovely girl. I honestly didn’t expect that, because usually kids who grow up abroad have a certain kind of energy, which, to be fair, is just like how we were when we were young. That’s probably why older people found us cheeky back then. And now I’ve become one of those adults who sees kids that way too (laughs). But Lisa… no, when she first met me, she greeted me so politely. And when she talked to me, she’d kneel down and say, 'Teacher (touches my knee), is it okay if I dance like this?' I was so surprised, I told her, 'Oh, you can sit on the chair' She has such good manners, speaks so nicely, and is very respectful. Sometimes when I was sitting in the room eating snacks, she’d say, 'Teacher, I’m hungry.' So I told her, 'Try this one, it’s delicious.' She’d take just one bite, and when I told her to have more, she said, 'I can’t, teacher.' I think she’s probably careful about her weight. I even told her, 'When I was young, I was just as skinny as you.' We’d just chat casually, laugh, and joke around. I’d tell her old stories from when I was young. Sometimes she’d start to talk about something that was bothering her, she’d begin to open up, then stop herself. She knows she can’t say too much. Even though we got close and trusted each other, she still knew there were limits. And that’s absolutely right, in this industry or outside of it, you can’t tell everything to anyone. At her level, she has to be very careful about what she says. I could really see how disciplined she is. 🔗 #LISA LLOUD #TheWhiteLotus #LISAxTheWhiteLotus

You invite vayne to a date on the beach. she says no. you don't ask why. three days later she shows up at your door with a duffel bag and says "lets go" you don't question it. you drive in silence. the aroma of salty air starts leaking through the cracked window an hour before you arrive. she watches the side mirror the entire drive like someone's going to follow you to a public beach on a saturday. you pull into the lot. she doesn't get out of the car. the ocean is loud even through the windshield. waves breaking in slow rolling booms. gulls somewhere. kids laughing down the shoreline. she's staring at the water like it's something she was sent to kill. "change of plans" she says. you wait. she grips the strap of the duffel bag tighter. her knuckles go pale. "i can't swim" you blink. the demon hunter. the woman who has slain demons with her crossbow in total darkness. cannot swim. you try not to smile. she sees you try not to smile. "say one word and i'm walking home" you don't say a word. she gets out of the car. slams the door harder than she needs to. her swimsuit is black. of course it's black. she'd wear tactical gear to the beach if they made it in swim fabric. her crossbow is in the duffel bag. you know it's in the duffel bag. she knows you know. the sand is hot under your feet. the wind pulls at her hair and she keeps pushing it back with irritation. you walk her down to the shore. she stops where the water touches her toes and doesn't move. a wave comes in and wraps around her ankles and pulls back and she watches the sand shift under her feet like the earth just betrayed her. "this is stupid" you say "we don't have to" "i said we're doing it" the sun is directly overhead. your shadow is small. you can smell the salt on her skin already. sunscreen she definitely applied angrily in the car. you hold out your hand. she looks at it for a long second. then she reluctantly takes it. her grip is tighter than it needs to be. her palm is warm. you can feel her pulse in her thumb. you walk in together. knee deep. the water is cold enough to make her inhale sharply. she doesn't complain. she doesn't complain about anything ever. waist deep. a small wave hits her hip and she tightens her grip on you. you pretend not to notice. chest deep. her breathing changes. she grabs your shoulder with her free hand. hard enough that you'll have a mark tomorrow. "i don't like this" you tell her to lean back. you'll hold her. you've got her. she doesn't lean back. "i don't lean back. ever" you say "i know. that's the problem" she looks deep into your eyes as if staring into your soul. the water is moving around both of you in slow pulses. her hair is wet at the ends from where it dipped in. there's salt drying on her cheekbones. her eyes are the color they always are but they look different in this light. less like something hunting you. more like something that hasn't slept in years. long pause. then she leans back. slowly. an inch at a time. like she's disarming a trap that could go off under her. your hand slides under her back. the other cups the back of her neck. her hair spreads out around her in the water. her whole body tightening. she's staring straight up at the sky. "if i drown i'm coming back to kill you" you tell her she's floating. "i know i'm floating. i can feel it" her voice is different. quieter. softer than the voice she uses in the world. you've never heard it. the sun is on her face. her eyelashes are wet and clumped. a single drop of seawater slides from her temple down into her hair. she doesn't flinch. you keep your hand under her even though she doesn't need it anymore. she doesn't tell you to move it. minutes pass. you're not sure how many. then a bigger wave rolls in from behind you. she feels it before she sees it. she panics. snaps upright. both arms around your neck. her face buried in the crook of your shoulder. her whole body pressed against yours in the water. you can feel her heart beating against your chest. you hold her. the wave passes under both of you and keeps going. neither of you moves. you can hear her breathing. slow and shaky. her fingers are tangled at the back of your neck. the ocean sounds further away than it did a minute ago. she smells like salt and sun and something underneath that you don't have a word for. she doesn't let go for a long time. when she finally does she pushes away like she just realized what she was doing. her face is flushed from something that isn't the sun. she won't look at you. she starts walking back to shore without a word. the water breaks around her waist then her knees then her ankles. you follow. on the sand she towels off aggressively. attacks her hair like it insulted her personally. the sun is lower now. gold on the water behind her. kids are still laughing somewhere down the beach. she won't make eye contact. then she says "we're doing this again" she doesn't ask. she tells. "and don't tell ANYONE what you just saw" Study the Saskio way

💔💔COBB COUNTY, GA💔💔💔 FROM FB: Today, while volunteering at the shelter and walking my row of dogs, I noticed a different dog in another row sitting quietly in the corner of her kennel… shaking and trying to make herself as small as possible. I looked at her kennel card and learned her name was Hazel and she had just been surrendered yesterday . 😭💔 I decided to go sit with her, hoping I could make her day just a little bit better. Little did I know… she would be the one making mine.🥹 Hazel was terrified and unsure of everyone around her. But little by little, she found the courage to take one step… then another… until she came over, kissed my face, and reminded me just how sweet she truly is. I later learned that Hazel was surrendered because the family cat repeatedly attacked her. 🥺 And through no fault of her own, she lost the only home she knew. Hazel is only 2 years old. She’s dog-friendly, good with kids, housebroken, and crate-trained. She has so much love to give, yet tonight she’s sleeping in a shelter kennel instead of a home. I spent a long time with her today, holding her close and reminding her that she is a good girl… that she is loved, that she is seen, and that someone still cares about her. Before I closed her kennel door, I made Hazel a promise.. I promised her I would share her story with the world. And I told her that I have an incredible village of people who always show up when a dog needs them most. Now I’m asking that village for one more favor. Please help me keep my promise to Hazel. 🥺🙏🏻😭 Share her story. Tell your friends and family about her. If you’ve been thinking about adopting, fostering, or rescuing, please consider giving Hazel the forever home she deserves. Let’s show Hazel that yesterday wasn’t the end of her story… it was the beginning of a beautiful new chapter. ❤️ Hazel is up for adoption at : 📍Cobb County Animal Services in Marietta, GA. ID: (20451) Kennel : (30) ☎️ (770) 499-4136

This is Tina today. She’s on top top form but her vet results were not good. Her kidney failure has gotten worse. I wanted to explain how and why today is a great day though… 👩‍⚕️ A team of vets (yes Tina has a team around the world offering their services for free) have said there is nothing more that can be done. It’s time to just manage her comfort. ⏰ Tina might have a few weeks or at best a few months left. 💊 She has blood pressure medicine and everything else she could need (her kidneys can’t support any more medicines) 🥘 She has a special diet that a very kind lady donated to her. The best of the best. Now the good stuff… ☀️ Tina is still feeling great. She is full of energy and went on numerous walks in the sun today 🎾 She still plays non stop with her beloved tennis balls 🥰 Tina gets endless messages of support and love from around the world. I tell her about them every single day. 😁 Tina is happiest when with her human. I’ve tailored my life so she is barely ever alone. She thrives with company and it relaxes her. 🤷‍♂️ I know people will wonder how today is a good day? It’s a good day because Tina is happy, feeling good, loved and playing. She has everything she ever dreamed of. Dogs don’t think about yesterday or look ahead to tomorrow. They live in the moment. And in the moment everything is great for Tina. ❤️ There will be tougher days ahead but today is a great day. One of Tina’s favorite Sundays ever. I can tell she’s never been happier. Her world is complete. Tina doesn’t know what is coming and my role is to just help her love her life and enjoy every second she has. Tina could have been dead alone and sad months ago and never have known any of this. She’s touched people all over the world and people think about her daily. She has her ball, her human, her friends and even though her kidneys are failing her heart couldn’t be more full. After Tina’s start in life she has shown me and others how to live in the moment. And in this very moment, today in the sunshine Tina is having the best day she ever had. 🥰🎾❤️🙏

🚨WOW!!! A young woman who filed a noise complaint on her upstairs neighbor walked up one day... ...and found an 85-year-old widow with Parkinson's dragging a walker, with no one left to help her. 💔 So she became her BEST FRIEND, does ALL her chores, and raised her $60,000!!! The widow's name is Carole. She came to America from Britain in the 1960s and spent her life as an au pair, raising other people's children all over country. She ended up with nobody to take care of her. No husband. No children. No family anywhere. "I've been alone for years now." Downstairs was Heidi Widmer, a middle school teacher who'd just driven seven days across the country from Buffalo with her dog, starting over after a divorce. Her first night in that apartment, she couldn't sleep. She kept hear thumping and banging. She said it sounded like somebody was bowling upstairs. Weeks later, Carole dropped her recycling right outside Heidi's door. It went everywhere, because her hands were shaking too hard to hold it. That was the first time they ever spoke. "This poor lady can barely get down the stairs, and I'm wondering what the bowling ball sound is. That's her walker." Not one person on earth had checked whether she was okay. She was too proud to ask for help, so she never did. She just decided to keep suffering until somebody happened to notice. Heidi stopped complaining and started showing up. She took her trash out twice a week. She began cooking for her. She started cleaning her apartment. She sat and laughed with her. She helped her fight through the Medicaid paperwork and the benefits no 85-year-old can navigate alone. Then she shared their story. Letters started arriving from Hawaii, Ohio, Connecticut, from around the world. A fund for Carole has passed $60,000 from more than 1,500 strangers. Her landlord suddenly found the money for an AC unit, new carpet, a screen door, and a new stove (funny how that works, right??) All of it because ONE person decided to check on her neighbor. Carole wouldn't go on camera, but they asked her about Heidi. "She's actually my granddaughter." And Heidi won't take an ounce of credit: "She's definitely saved me." THIS IS THE AMERICA I KNOW!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
