Dad, There was a lot you taught me that I didn’t fully understand at the time. Your advice always sounded simple, but the older I get, the more I realize how much depth was behind it. The path to where I am now wasn’t simple, but the lessons you taught me stayed with me and kept me moving forward. You always reminded me that life isn’t about having everything figured out. It’s about taking things one step at a time. Whenever things felt overwhelming, you’d remind me to just keep going, to focus on the next step in front of me.
