Cloud doesn't have to say he's jealous...the game doesn't have to "say" he's jealous. The game shows you that he is jealous. The line is actually more aggressive in JP when you don't ignore context and nuance. I explained in one of my videos about this entire scene.

Saying "Not jealous" didn't mean being not jealous in that sense. I have no any role to be jealous of him in that context. It is his right to do whatever he likes. What would I be jealous of?
