IF this is real and not just fuelling the current propaganda around hate speech legislation (with major focus on antisemitism), these two wouldn't even fall under that legislation because they have made direct threats and murder confessions.

These clowns (doctor or nurse) in Australia publicly stated on TikTok that they would refuse to treat an Israeli patient or even kill them, they could be breaking multiple laws and professional regulations, including: 1. Medical and Nursing Regulations (AHPRA) Breach of the Code of Conduct: Australian healthcare professionals are bound by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and their respective medical/nursing boards, which require them to provide care without discrimination. Potential Consequences: They could face suspension, disqualification, or permanent deregistration as a healthcare provider. 2. Anti-Discrimination Laws Discrimination Act (varies by state): In many states, refusing medical care based on nationality, race, or political views is unlawful discrimination. Potential Consequences: Civil penalties or legal action under anti-discrimination laws. 3. Criminal Offenses a) Incitement to Violence or Hate Speech Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) – Section 80.2A & 80.2B NSW Crimes Act 1900 – Section 93Z (publicly threatening or inciting violence) Victoria’s Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 Making public threats against a group (e.g., Israelis) could be classified as inciting violence or hate speech. Potential Consequences: Up to 6 years imprisonment depending on the state. b) Failure to Provide Medical Assistance (If in a Hospital Setting) Criminal negligence: If a doctor or nurse actively refuses care to a patient in need, and this leads to harm or death, they could be charged with: Negligence causing harm Manslaughter by criminal negligence (if the patient dies as a result). c) Threats to Kill (If They Said They Would Kill Someone) Crimes Act 1900 (NSW) – Section 31 (Threat to Kill) Criminal Code Act 1899 (QLD) – Section 308 Potential Consequences: Up to 10 years in prison for making a credible threat to kill. What Can Be Done? Report to AHPRA – Any registered health professional making such statements can be reported to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) for disciplinary action. Report to Police – If the comments include threats of violence or murder, a complaint can be made to state or federal police. Report to the Employer/Hospital – Many hospitals and medical institutions have zero-tolerance policies for discrimination and hate speech.
