We can heal from those negative situations/connections when we understand they served a purpose for us as much as we did for them. An affirmation I use to let go and move on with grace and fortitude: "I am grateful for my tribe of authentic connections on a soul level. I release in gratitude for the lessons learned, the energy of those who no longer resonate. I lift them up to source with light, love, and peace." .... and so it is... 💜♾️💜

It is not hard to deal with authentic people. just keep it real. You have to work through your fears of vulnerability to be real. But when you start embracing your realness and admit to your flaws, no one will judge you for your past. You can Be vibrantly real or miserably fake.
