Some more tech details: pins 15 and 12 on the HD15 port on the RT4K implement a serial port. The SVS is sending the events such as new input activations down this line. There’s also a virtual serial port on the USB using the popular FTDI chip which can also now accept the same commands. Aside from SVS, basic power and remote control emulation have been implemented.
