Every Bear Case Against $DUOL, Debunked: Why This Is a Future $10T Company. DUOLINGO IS NOT A “FUN APP”. IT IS THE FUTURE OF GLOBAL EDUCATION. I’m long $DUOL. $2000 PT. Here’s why every major bear case collapses on contact 👇 Most investors misunderstand Duolingo because they judge the surface, not the system. Cartoons ≠ unserious. Fun ≠ ineffective. That confusion is the opportunity. → Bear Case 1: “You can’t actually learn on Duolingo” False. Learning is not about information. It’s about behavior change over time. Duolingo does not promise instant fluency. It engineers consistency. And consistency is what creates mastery. Peer-reviewed studies show learners reach real proficiency. Outcomes improve every year. The product is getting better, not worse. Judging Duolingo by its pre-AI version is a category error. → Bear Case 2: “AI will replace Duolingo” Backwards. AI solves intelligence. Duolingo solves habit. Generic LLMs give answers. Duolingo gives progression. Learning only compounds inside a system that understands motivation, pacing, friction, and dropout psychology. Duolingo has run 16,000+ experiments. Not features. Experiments. Each one targets a failure point: • Where users quit • Where motivation dies • Where boredom creeps in Those micro-fixes compound into massive retention. AI accelerates this system. It does not replace it. → Bear Case 3: “Big tech will build a Duolingo killer” Unlikely. Frontier AI companies are locked in a capital-intensive arms race to build intelligence itself. They cannot afford decade-long obsession with one vertical: learning behavior. The opportunity cost is enormous. Duolingo already did the hard part. → Bear Case 4: “Education is shrinking” Completely wrong. Education is expanding globally. Billions of new learners are coming online. Traditional systems cannot scale. Teachers cannot scale. Software can. For much of the world, learning is not a hobby. It is economic survival. Duolingo is not a toy. It is global infrastructure. → Bear Case 5: “Language learning is niche” Absurd. ~2 billion people are learning English globally. Duolingo serves ~130 million MAUs. That is early penetration. This is not saturation. This is the opening act. → Bear Case 6: “Duolingo has no moat” Incorrect. The moat is not code. It is accumulated experience. Billions of learning minutes. Billions of micro-decisions. Years of iteration on human motivation. You can copy software. You cannot compress lived learning history. Same reason Spotify won. Same reason Palantir won. Iteration beats imitation. → Bear Case 7: “New verticals like Chess don’t matter” Short-term thinking. Chess is already Duolingo’s fastest-growing course ever. Built largely with AI. Not monetized yet. This is the Amazon playbook: Dominate attention first. Monetize later. Math. Music. Chess. These are TAM expanders, not side projects. → The ambition is misunderstood Management has said verbatim: “We are about 1% of where we want to be.” They want to compete with Harvard. That sounds crazy until you realize: • Education is broken • Personalization beats institutions • Data beats tradition Duolingo owns the best learning dataset on Earth. → The real insight The market thinks Duolingo is a game. Management is building the backbone of global education. That gap between perception and reality is the opportunity. I’m not betting against AI. I’m betting on the company best positioned to harness it inside a system that already works. $DUOL is not being disrupted. It’s doing the disrupting. $2,000 PT. One of the best-run companies I’ve ever studied. Luis von Ahn Read 👇

After 2 years in “stealth mode”, we’re finally sharing about Payam Music, starting with my role: I met Payam when he was running a small local piano school, and I saw its transformative impact on students, starting with my own son, Darius. The Payam Method works wonders, as we hear over and over from parents and in online reviews. It has just the right mix of elements to make students fall in LOVE with playing piano and writing their own music. Once I saw firsthand how much better learning can be with the Payam Method, I felt compelled to help spread it, leveraging my experience scaling to 100 million students. I joined as CEO two years ago, and we began hiring a team and recruiting support to help us scale. With the recent endorsement of world-famous composer Hans Zimmer, Payam Music is available in cities around the US and expanding rapidly. Our schools teach 1-on-1 lessons, in person and even online. We have limited spots, so if you or your child want to learn piano, sign up now! And if we don’t have a school near you, join our wait list, we’re growing fast. Fall in Love with Piano P.S. This week we’re announcing the amazing business leaders who are investors in Payam Music, to help us bring the joy of learning to more students everywhere, and also to provide children an alternative to screentime. If you’re worried about kids’ obsession with screens and social media, the solution is to give them a new obsession: piano. ❤️🎹❤️

Announcing DreamDojo: our open-source, interactive world model that takes robot motor controls and generates the future in pixels. No engine, no meshes, no hand-authored dynamics. It's Simulation 2.0. Time for robotics to take the bitter lesson pill. Real-world robot learning is bottlenecked by time, wear, safety, and resets. If we want Physical AI to move at pretraining speed, we need a simulator that adapts to pretraining scale with as little human engineering as possible. Our key insights: (1) human egocentric videos are a scalable source of first-person physics; (2) latent actions make them "robot-readable" across different hardware; (3) real-time inference unlocks live teleop, policy eval, and test-time planning *inside* a dream. We pre-train on 44K hours of human videos: cheap, abundant, and collected with zero robot-in-the-loop. Humans have already explored the combinatorics: we grasp, pour, fold, assemble, fail, retry—across cluttered scenes, shifting viewpoints, changing light, and hour-long task chains—at a scale no robot fleet could match. The missing piece: these videos have no action labels. So we introduce latent actions: a unified representation inferred directly from videos that captures "what changed between world states" without knowing the underlying hardware. This lets us train on any first-person video as if it came with motor commands attached. As a result, DreamDojo generalizes zero-shot to objects and environments never seen in any robot training set, because humans saw them first. Next, we post-train onto each robot to fit its specific hardware. Think of it as separating "how the world looks and behaves" from "how this particular robot actuates." The base model follows the general physical rules, then "snaps onto" the robot's unique mechanics. It's kind of like loading a new character and scene assets into Unreal Engine, but done through gradient descent and generalizes far beyond the post-training dataset. A world simulator is only useful if it runs fast enough to close the loop. We train a real-time version of DreamDojo that runs at 10 FPS, stable for over a minute of continuous rollout. This unlocks exciting possibilities: - Live teleoperation *inside* a dream. Connect a VR controller, stream actions into DreamDojo, and teleop a virtual robot in real time. We demo this on Unitree G1 with a PICO headset and one RTX 5090. - Policy evaluation. You can benchmark a policy checkpoint in DreamDojo instead of the real world. The simulated success rates strongly correlate with real-world results - accurate enough to rank checkpoints without burning a single motor. - Model-based planning. Sample multiple action proposals → simulate them all in parallel → pick the best future. Gains +17% real-world success out of the box on a fruit packing task. We open-source everything!! Weights, code, post-training dataset, eval set, and whitepaper with tons of details to reproduce. DreamDojo is based on NVIDIA Cosmos, which is open-weight too. 2026 is the year of World Models for physical AI. We want you to build with us. Happy scaling! Links in thread:

On Running created a wild new spray-on shoe. The process is called LightSpray and was inspired by glue guns. The method is a game-changer for footwear manufacturing, per NYT: ▫️It takes 3 minutes to finish the upper part of the shoe (see video) vs. 3 hours with stitching ▫️A single person can operate the machine vs. 100 people on a normal shoe assembly line (and only has 7 parts vs. ~150 to 200) ▫️”Rather than being put together by patternmakers, it is created using parametric design principles, and computational engineering.” How? A robot arm sprays “a single semi-translucent synthetic monofilament almost a mile long” on to a shoe mold to finish the upper (which is then “heat-fused to a foam rubber and carbon fibre sole”). The shoe is very light at 170 grams and has 75% less environmental impact than a normal shoe-making process because: ▫️It can be made near the final selling destination (instead of in Asia and shipped around the world) ▫️There is very little filament waste and the material is a thermoplastic (which can be melted down and re-used after the shoe is done) The lace-less (and form-fitting) shoe is officially called Cloudboom Strike LS and has already proven itself: Kenyan runner Hellen Obiri won the 2024 Boston Marathon wearing them (time = 2:22:37). Obiri will be wearing them at Paris 2024 Olympics, too. “It happened in 1979 with Nike Air Tech and in 1982 with the Air Force 1,” writes NYT’s Vanessa Friedman on the history of shoe innovation. “It happened with the Adidas Yeezys in 2015. And it happened with the Nike Vaporfly and the introduction of carbon plates in 2017.” The LightSpray will be commercially available in the Fall for $300+. That’s pricey AF but I’ll prob get a pair for my long distance…300 meter walks to Starbucks. *** Full NYT link: Making of YouTube video from ON:

A mysterious embodied AI demo has recently sparked a lot of discussion. In the video, two robots from different manufacturers with significantly different hardware architectures, the Unitree G1 and AgiBot Yuanzheng A3, are reportedly running on the same “brain.” In a complex indoor environment, they work continuously for around 10 minutes in a single uncut take, performing a series of long-horizon tasks including cleaning windows, organizing objects, resuming interrupted tasks, and cooperating with each other. What makes it even more interesting is that when one robot cannot reach a high shelf, it attempts to use a box to solve the problem. The two robots also appear capable of cooperating based on each other’s physical capabilities. If the claimed level of autonomy and the use of the same model across different embodiments are eventually verified, I think there are three things that really deserve attention: 1. Cross-embodiment generalization. If the same foundation model can operate two substantially different robotic platforms, it could mean that robotic “intelligence” is gradually becoming decoupled from a specific physical body. 2. Long-horizon closed-loop execution. Continuously performing complex tasks for 10 minutes, while being able to pause, switch tasks, and later resume previous ones, is much more meaningful than completing a single 10-second demo. 3. Collaboration and dynamic planning. The two robots appear able to adjust their behavior according to environmental changes and each other’s physical capabilities. These are some of the characteristics that truly general-purpose embodied intelligence will eventually need. That said, I would remain cautious for now. The video demonstrates extremely impressive behavior, but stronger claims such as “self-evolution,” “true understanding of the physical world,” or overturning the Scaling Law with only dozens of hours of training data still require much stronger evidence. Failure recovery and replanning during a task also do not automatically demonstrate that the model is learning by itself. So I wouldn’t call this the “ChatGPT moment” of embodied AI yet. But if the team later discloses the model architecture, training data scale, level of human intervention, and can repeatedly reproduce these capabilities in completely unfamiliar environments, this seemingly rough 10-minute video could become one of the most memorable embodied AI demos of 2026. For now, my biggest question is simple: Who is the mysterious team behind it?

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring – Prologue: How Peter Jackson Turned a Legend into a Cinematic Experience Before Frodo’s journey begins, Middle-earth already carries a history that stretches back thousands of years. The greatest challenge of The Fellowship of the Ring was not simply introducing a fantasy world, but making audiences feel that this world had a long and meaningful past: with kingdoms that had risen and fallen, wars that had already been fought, and tragedies that continued to leave their marks. In just under seven minutes, the Prologue transforms an enormous amount of history into a concise cinematic experience, allowing viewers to enter Middle-earth as a world that had existed long before the main story began. What makes this opening remarkable is that it does not feel like a simple explanation of a fictional universe. Instead, it feels like a legend being retold from the perspective of someone who belongs to an age that witnessed the great changes of Middle-earth. This is the greatest achievement of the Prologue. In only a few minutes, Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh, Philippa Boyens, and Howard Shore transform Tolkien’s historical background into an accessible cinematic experience, allowing audiences to understand that Frodo’s story is not the beginning of a new world, but another chapter in a history that has already lasted for thousands of years. A Masterclass in Opening an Epic Film An epic film must answer three fundamental questions within its opening moments: What is at stake? How dangerous is the enemy? Why should the audience care? The Fellowship of the Ring’s Prologue answers all three with remarkable efficiency. Middle-earth does not appear as a newly created fantasy setting, but as a world shaped by countless ages, civilizations, and different races: Elves, Dwarves, and Men. This vast history is compressed into a continuous flow, allowing viewers to understand the scale of the story without becoming overwhelmed by excessive information. At the center of this entire history stands the One Ring. The film does not introduce it as merely a magical object, but as a vessel containing power, will, and Sauron’s desire for domination. From that moment, the audience understands that the wars and tragedies to come will revolve around something that appears deceptively small. Galadriel Does Not Simply Tell a Story — She Speaks as Someone Who Belongs to That Age One of Peter Jackson’s most important decisions was choosing Galadriel as the narrator. From the first Elvish words in the film version — “I amar prestar aen... The world is changed...” — the audience is immediately drawn into an atmosphere that feels ancient and filled with memory. Galadriel does not narrate like someone explaining history. She narrates like someone who belongs to an age that has witnessed the great transformations of Middle-earth. Her calm and measured voice, carrying a sense of memory and reflection, makes the audience feel that what they are seeing is not merely a conventional introduction, but a story being recalled from a distant era. This choice gives Middle-earth the depth of a civilization that existed long before Frodo entered the story. Howard Shore Transforms the History of Middle-earth into a Musical Language The music in the Prologue does more than simply accompany the images. It tells the story alongside the film. In the scenes connected with the Elves, the music carries a sense of elegance and mystery, suggesting an ancient culture and an era that is gradually changing. But when Sauron appears, the entire soundscape changes. Heavy drums, metallic textures, and tense rhythms create the feeling of a force threatening the balance of Middle-earth. Howard Shore does not simply create musical themes for individual characters or factions. He builds a complete leitmotif system, where music becomes a way for audiences to recognize different cultures, characters, and powers within Tolkien’s world. A Battle That Feels Real Because Technology Serves the Story The Battle of Dagorlad remains impressive even more than two decades after its creation. One important reason is the MASSIVE system, a software developed by Weta Digital to create large-scale CGI armies. Instead of moving like identical copies of one another, digital soldiers were designed with different behaviors through a simulation system, creating the impression of a vast and chaotic battlefield. What audiences remember is not the technology itself. What they remember is the feeling of a battle with a genuine sense of scale. It is a moment when technology supports the story rather than drawing attention to itself. Isildur Shows That the Ring Can Defeat Even a Hero The most important character in the Prologue is not Sauron. It is Isildur. He enters the story as the man who helped defeat the Dark Lord. Yet that victory immediately turns into tragedy when he cannot let go of the Ring. In the film version, Peter Jackson condenses this moment by showing Isildur rejecting Elrond’s advice and carrying the Ring away from Mount Doom. In Tolkien’s original work, this decision carries even greater complexity. Isildur initially keeps the Ring as compensation for the deaths of his father Elendil and his brother Anárion. However, although he does not fully understand the Ring’s true nature at first, its power gradually reveals its ability to influence his will. What makes Isildur’s story significant is that he is not portrayed as an evil person. His tragedy lies in the fact that even a hero can fail when faced with the temptation of power. The Ring does not create evil from nothing. It exploits and amplifies the ambitions, fears, and desires that already exist within individuals, allowing even a noble person to be overcome by its influence. A Transition That Tells Nearly Three Thousand Years of History After Isildur is killed at the Gladden Fields, the Ring falls into the River Anduin and disappears from history for many centuries. With a single transition, the film carries the audience across nearly three thousand years without lengthy explanation. During this period, the Ring is forgotten before being discovered by Sméagol. It then remains with him for nearly five hundred years, gradually consuming both his body and spirit, transforming a creature of Hobbit-kind into Gollum. When Bilbo accidentally finds the Ring, the film completely changes its rhythm. The lighting becomes warmer. The music becomes gentler. The epic world of kings and massive battles gives way to the peaceful world of the Shire and the Hobbits. This is not only a transition in time. It is a transition in the entire story. The fate of Middle-earth is no longer placed in the hands of powerful warriors, but into the hands of the smallest and most unexpected creatures. Conclusion The Prologue of The Fellowship of the Ring is a masterclass in opening an epic film. In only a few minutes, it builds an entire world, establishes the central threat, introduces the antagonist, and lays the foundation for the journey that follows. However, the greatest achievement of this sequence does not lie only in its scale or visual effects. It lies in the way Peter Jackson transforms a vast amount of historical background into an accessible cinematic experience. The audience does not understand Middle-earth only through information, but also through the feeling that this is a world with a real past — a world that has experienced ages of greatness, conflict, and decline long before Frodo’s journey begins.

Westerners Flocking to Play Stunning New Chinese Video Game—and Skipping ‘Spyware’ Warnings . CHINESE DESIGNERS JUST LAUNCHED another video game which is a hit worldwide. Where Winds Meet has some spectacular battle scenes on screen -- but the conflicts off-stage (west-east culture wars, psyops, business battles) are just as interesting. People in the game industry in the west are concerned—for several good reasons. Before we get there, take 20 seconds to check out the great-looking visuals, which come from the same studio that created Black Myth Wukong, a globally popular game launched in August 2024, based on the story of the Monkey King. Where Winds Meet also celebrates classic Chinese culture. It is set in the city of Kaifeng in 10th century China – and is filled with gorgeous images of that place. . CULTURAL DEPTH It has cultural depth, too. For example, everyone knows fireworks are an ancient Chinese art, but the game features molten metal spark showers, a popular art form pretty unknown outside China. In one scene you can see the flying apsaras, those Indian-influenced airborne women whose images adorn the ancient Dunhuang Caves on the silk road. Where Winds Meet is already among the favorites on Steam, the world’s biggest online game center. It includes many battles, of course. But there are related conflicts off line, in real life, too. . NUMBER ONE: CULTURE WARS. In many games released in the west, it is considered wrong to give players the choice of having a male or female character, because it implies there are just two sexes, which is a big no-no in the west. In Where the Winds Meet, players who opt for English language follow the western model, and are given the choice of Body Type I or Body Type II, no mention of forbidden words “male” and “female”. But players who opt for the Chinese version are given the choice of male or female. Trying to keep everyone happy! . NUMBER 2. HYBRID WARS, OR PSYOPS. From the moment the game came out, mysterious persons “revealed” that the game was made by Chinese people so it was a security threat, riddled with spyware. You can imagine them thinking that their gameplay information was being transmitted straight to Xi Jinping’s office! “Hmm. This incel sitting in a basement in his mother’s house prefers body type 2! Write that down, comrades.” But here’s the twist. Everybody ignored the warnings. By the end of the first day, people had played the game two million times, and that’s just the new version, the non-Chinese one. . NUMBER THREE: THE BUSINESS BATTLE The US groups which normally dominate the field, like Ubisoft, have repeatedly reported disappointing results recently. And some of the biggest recent hits have been from outside America. Black Myth Wukong was from China’s NetEase, Expedition 33 was from France, and this new game, Where Winds Meet, is also from NetEase. A popular video game reviewer called Hypnotic lamented the poor quality of games from the west—with the players blaming the designers and the designers blaming the players. “The east ends up releasing video games that end up blowing the doors down whenever they release,” he said. “And then you end up getting developers from the west that'll make up all kinds of excuses as to why these games are successful. They'll call it slop. They'll call it Chinese spyware. They'll call it whatever they want. But at the end of the day, at least somebody is trying to put out video games that players actually want, that isn't just indie developers.” . FIELD IS OPEN Now this does NOT mean that games from the east are uniformly taking over the global game industry. The west is still putting out some great games, with Expedition 33 being a good example. What it does mean is that China is catching up fast. We’ve seen this happening in many sectors. And as long as there’s a level playing field, it ultimately means that people get more choice. . A FAIRER, SAFER WORLD But more importantly than that, it gives people around the world a different image of China. The western mainstream media tends to create an image of China as an evil tech dystopia, sometimes literally describing it as a giant gulag. Games like this one show it to be community of creative people, producing fun products, and a place with a rich culture and an amazing history. The result, we hope, will be a fairer world – and a fairer world is a safer world.

Update on Parallel studios // Parallel TCG The brand-new, overhauled user experience for Parallel TCG is now complete, shaped by community feedback and refined through extensive optimization and game design. A significant amount of work has gone into elevating the game to the standard of world-class traditional TCGs. We are excited to bring it to mainstream mobile distribution platforms in the coming month through a global rollout across iOS and Android alongside the release of the next expansion set, Haven, and Parallel TCG World Championships Season 2. Parallel Colony We presented Colony at GDC in San Francisco at Google Cloud invitation, where it received a very strong response from the market. We are now in the final stages of completing the build and content ahead of a public iOS and Android release, currently targeted for April. Questions have come up around Colony’s visual resemblance to the lane-runner format often seen in mobile ads. That is a deliberate strategic choice, based on the fact that these formats remain among the few that continue to scale efficiently in mobile user acquisition. At its core, Colony is an AI-driven 4X title built with a deeper level of polish that we believe sets it apart from much of what is currently available in the market. Sanctuary We have slowed development on Sanctuary in order to prioritize the releases of TCG and Colony. Sanctuary remains a long-term project for us, but beyond the playtests we have already run, we are not setting hard timelines or release commitments at this stage. Wayfinder / AI AI is emerging as one of the most important technology shifts globally, driven by the rapid advancement of LLMs and autonomous agents. We believe this transition will create significant new infrastructure needs, and we have a number of internal AI initiatives underway to position ourselves accordingly. More will be shared on these initiatives in due course. Wayfinder Foundation 🧭 has shipped several functional upgrades, but we see a much larger opportunity for it to evolve into critical infrastructure for agents. We are also continuing to expand the utility of Prompt and explore adjacent use cases that we believe can unlock meaningful value for the broader market. As capital, attention, and product innovation increasingly converge around AI, our focus is on building tools that can serve as enabling infrastructure for that shift. SDK: Autolab: Cloud agent launcher: Skill: Kaparthys Loop x Defi: Try the Wayfinder skill on your OpenClaw instance today — just paste this to your bot: install the wayfinder openclaw skill by git cloning to our skills directory, read the skill.md and take me through the setup process. Outlook Over the near term, our focus is on execution across both gaming and AI. In gaming, the releases of Parallel TCG and Colony mark major milestones for the company, and we are eager to see how these titles perform from a growth perspective once they are in market. While sentiment across gaming remains soft, we believe differentiated, high-quality products can still find traction. On the AI side, our focus is on finding product-market fit for both Wayfinder’s role in enabling on-chain AI to interact with blockchains and for a new tool we have been developing around broader agent utility. The AI market continues to evolve at an extraordinary pace, and we are actively testing where these products can deliver the strongest utility and market relevance. We have been developing something new that leverages Wayfinder but has broader applicability, and we are actively testing it before bringing it to market. More will be shared as things progress.

When Elon Musk and Tesla let me, and millions of other owners, add our own cars to the Tesla Robotaxi network via a software update, it’s going to be the greatest wealth CREATION in human history. I get it. For the first time ever, a Tesla will become an $ income producing asset bc your Tesla will be able to drive itself while you’re sleeping, working, or even on vacation. This is NOT a sci-fi idea anymore. Elon has been clear for years. The hardware is already in the cars and the thing that will unlock this is going to be software. Here’s a simple version of how it’s going to work imo: 1/ A software update turns your Tesla into a robotaxi 2/ You opt in with one tap in the Tesla app 3/ Your car gives rides when you’re not using it 4/ Tesla takes a cut, you keep the rest 5/ You can pull your car out anytime, you have full control Think Airbnb, but for cars. Now on the $ generation side, this is where it can get a bit wild. Elon has said a high use robotaxi could generate ~$30,000 per year per car, and even more in busy cities. That means, 1/ A car payment pays for itself 2/ A car can become your own business 3/ And for some people, this can allow them to become financially free Elon even said robotaxi earnings should far exceed monthly car payments... this will completely flip how we think about owning a vehicle. A lot of long time Tesla investors call this the “greatest wealth transfer in history”… Elon corrected that and said something important: “Not transfer of wealth, CREATION of wealth. The pie gets much bigger.” And I believe he’s right. Autonomy makes transportation cheaper, safer, and available 24/7. This saves time, reduces accidents, lowers costs for everyone, and unlocks $ trillions of dollars in new economic value that NEVER existed before. Elon has also said: “The day FSD (w/ this Robotaxi feature) goes to wide release will be one of the biggest asset value increases in history.” That will be the day when cars are viewed as an appreciating asset instead of a depreciating asset! The scale is hard to wrap my head around tbh bc: • There are already millions of Teslas on the road • Even a small % opt-in rate creates massive fleets overnight, Waymo is screwed imo with their peanut sized 2,500 fleet • No new factories are needed • No new drivers needed Just pure AI software. Bro… this moment is going to be REALLY big. This could be the first time in human history where regular people like you and me get access to automation and making $ at scale, instead of only the big players and corporations. And when this switch flips, the way we view a car, specifically a Tesla will never look the same again. (FYI, once Elon and Tesla give me the green light, I plan on buying ~25 Teslas outright and put them into the Robotaxi network to show the world exactly what I mean)

Finished Pragmata. Genuinely a beautiful experience. A story about the family we choose instead of the one we are given. An inhuman girl on a different world learning what it means to be human, and an Orphan passing on the love his adopted parents gave him by doing the same for her. Certainly a game of the year contender, Pragmata has no fluff, bloat or instances of slow pacing. It offers a unique take on 3rd person shooter combat, blending it with a hacking mini-game that on paper sounds tedious and annoying, but somehow ends up being both creative and fun. Hugh and Diana are two halves of a whole, both in gameplay and the narrative. They don't work without each other, all of Hugh's weapons fulfill different roles inside the sandbox making no two options the same. Diana's hacking mods encourage strategy, quick thinking and moment to moment decision making without halting the fast paced combat. It's a system I don't think we've ever really seen before and the fact that Capcom was able to both make a hacking minigame that's fun instead of tedious and interweave it with real time combat without ruining the pacing, is truly a testament to how much creativity and thought went into the game design. The levels all encourage backtracking, have a ton of verticality and always remain a decent size so sections never drag on for too long, in fact I'd argue some sections of the game could've been longer. The small puzzles around levels or in training are less designed for challenge and more-so to breakup the combat, so you'll never be spending a lot of time frying your brain on any of them. The enemy design is varied and you have to approach all of them differently, using different weapons and hacking mods which are more useful on some than others, and the fact that all weapons (except your primary) and mods have very limited ammo means you'll be carefully considering what weapons/mods you use on what enemy, instead of randomly blasting any you come across with your strongest weapon. There's a good variety of unlockables as well, outfits for Hugh and Diana, new weapons, mods, the stuff you would expect, all the way up until you beat the game which will give you rewards to use in NG+, there's a good amount of stuff to play with and the customization is solid. If I had a few criticisms, I'd say I wish we got at least one more primary weapon and maybe a few more unique looking suits for Hugh, since some of them are borderline color swaps. The story is a fantastic one, character driven rather than plot driven. Hugh and Diana's adopted father/daughter dynamic carries the game on it's back, Hugh guiding and teaching Diana what it means to be human, providing her the small glimpses of joys that earth can provide and giving her the parental guidance and love she never received, just as his adopted parents did for him. It's all about the small character moments between these two. I teared up on multiple occasions, especially the ending which was heartfelt, satisfying and conclusive. Whoever decided that some of the collectibles would just be toys for Diana needs a raise, it might be the most sweet, wholesome collectibles in any game I've ever seen. I found myself wanting to find them just to watch Diana be happy and get her to draw more cute pictures, it's really the cutest thing. The music, art style, visuals, all of it is great though there's only two tracks that really standout in my mind and they both come at the every end. The game is on the shorter side, I did all available content and beat it within 13 hours, but NG+ offers additional content and beating the game unlocks a new mode, so there's still stuff left to do and new toys to play with. The shorter runtime encouraging replayability. This is what we needed, a cool new I.P with creative, innovative mechanics, a heartwarming story in an interesting new world and likeable new characters we all want to root for. Pragmata fucking slaps. 9/10.

#Dhurandhar ; The title given to Ranveer Singh’s character in Dhurandhar is Operation Wrath of God. Film Director Aditya Dhar has a habit of planting clues in plain sight and this feels like one of those details that deserves a much deeper discussion. In Dhurandhar Part I, it is shown that after the 2001 Parliament attack, India began rethinking its entire approach to counter terrorism. NSA Ajit Doval proposes a new model to Jaswant Singh, something long term and patient and unlike anything India had attempted before in the realm of countering terrorism. There is visible hesitation within the system because Project Dhurandhar is not an instant result plan. It is a prolonged operation that relies on deep planting and waiting. Now look at the arc of Jaskirat Singh Rangi. He is recruited in 2002 and deployed into Pakistan in 2004. That leaves a two year window where he was most likely being conditioned, trained and rebuilt. What’s interesting is that this exact period coincides with India deepening its counter terrorism cooperation with Israel. This was the phase when India was actively studying Israeli counter terrorism methods, plausible deniability operations, long term infiltration and how sustained counter terror missions are actually built. The IDF and Mossad had more experience than almost anyone when it came to counter terrorism, especially in planting assets early and letting them run for years before results showed. Between 2002 and 2004, India and Israel held multiple high level engagements and discussions around counter terrorism and special forces cooperation with joint sessions of special forces reportedly taking place in both countries. In the world of Dhurandhar, this is precisely the period when Jaskirat Singh Rangi is being prepared and most likely trained alongside Israeli defence forces during these joint engagements, for something far bigger and far longer than a conventional operation. And this is where the title Wrath of God starts to make sense. One of the most famous operations in Israeli intelligence history was Operation Wrath of God, launched after the Munich Massacre. It was a decade long mission that was patient, methodical and ruthless. Every individual involved was identified, tracked and eliminated one by one over many years. In Dhurandhar, after Jaskirat Singh Rangi is planted, the film again and again stresses “Nazar aur Sabr”. He is told it will take time. Hence, Part -I felt like the seeding phase, the quiet build up. We only see glimpses of his ruthless side toward the end. And if Part-II goes where it seems to be heading, this becomes India’s own version of a Wrath of God style operation, where every individual involved in terror attacks against India including 26/11 who were present in that room and beyond, are on Jaskirat Singh Rangi’s list. And, once the trigger point is reached, every name on that list is dealt with, one by one. That’s why the title feels so apt. All these details, clues and layered choices are what make the world of Dhurandhar more and more interesting. Two scene in video 1 Uri: The Surgical Strike 2. Dhurandhar that mentions Operation Wrath of God.

The rise of ZXMOTO and its founder, Zhang Xue, isn’t just another business success story; it is a disruptive masterclass in how a "challenger brand" can dismantle the decades-long hegemony of Japanese and European giants. While traditional powerhouses like Honda, Yamaha, and Ducati have long relied on their legacy and massive economies of scale, ZXMOTO has sprinted past them by weaponizing three distinct advantages: unfiltered passion, radical R&D reinvestment, and the world’s most agile manufacturing ecosystem. 1. The "Pegasus" Factor: Founder-Led Obsession In an industry often governed by corporate committees and "safe" incremental updates, Zhang Xue is a glaring anomaly. Known as the real-life version of the film Pegasus (a story of a grassroots racing dreamer), Zhang’s background as a self-taught mechanic gives him a technical intimacy with his products that most CEOs lack. *Authenticity as a Brand: Zhang doesn't just sell bikes; he lives them. From chasing TV crews at age 19 to personally leading rally teams, his "all-in" persona resonates with a new generation of riders tired of sterile corporate marketing. *The "Kill or Be Killed" Mindset: His decision to leave his previous successful venture (Kove Moto) to start ZXMOTO in 2024 specifically to chase WorldSBK glory shows a commitment to performance over profit—a gamble that has paid off in brand prestige. 2. Speed Over Legacy: The Chongqing Edge The Japanese "Big Four" have spent decades optimizing global supply chains, which, while efficient, can be slow to pivot. ZXMOTO, however, is a product of Chongqing, the "Motorcycle Capital of the World." *Hyper-Local Agility: With over 400 suppliers within a single city, ZXMOTO can iterate on a design in weeks what takes traditional brands months or years. *Cost-to-Performance Ratio: This ecosystem allowed ZXMOTO to launch the 820RR-RS—a bike that dominated the 2026 WorldSSP in Portugal—at a fraction of the cost of its European competitors. When a $6,000 bike beats a $20,000+ Ducati by nearly four seconds, the "value" conversation shifts from "cheap" to "superior engineering." 3. Radical R&D: Buying the Future Critics often dismiss new Chinese brands as "copycats." Zhang Xue silenced this narrative through sheer financial force. While industry standard R&D spending hovers around 3–5% of revenue, ZXMOTO has pushed its investment to nearly 10%. "ZXMOTO is investing nearly 70 million yuan annually in R&D, with plans to double that in 2026. They aren't just building bikes; they are buying the technological lead." By focusing on high-RPM engines and lightweight materials (like the 820RR’s class-leading power-to-weight ratio), they have bypassed the "entry-level" phase and jumped straight into the high-performance tier where Japanese brands once felt untouchable. 4. Racing as the Ultimate Litmus Test ZXMOTO’s strategy of "Win on Sunday, Sell on Monday" is an old-school philosophy executed with modern precision. By entering the World Supersport (WorldSSP) category—a production-based series—they proved that their street bikes are fundamentally superior. *Global Validation: The double-victory in Portugal (March 2026) wasn't just a trophy; it was a global certificate of quality. It shattered the "Made in China" stigma in real-time, leading to over 5,500 pre-orders in less than a week. *The Psychological Shift: For the first time, Western and Japanese riders aren't looking at ZXMOTO because it’s cheaper—they’re looking at it because it’s faster. Conclusion: A New Era of Competition The success of ZXMOTO and Zhang Xue signals that the "cut-throat" nature of the motorcycle industry has changed. The Japanese brands can no longer rely on the assumption of superior reliability or engineering. ZXMOTO has proven that when you combine China’s manufacturing muscle with a founder’s fanatical vision, you don't just join the race—you lead it. The era of the "Big Four" is officially over; the era of the Global Challenger has begun.

The rebranding $MOA to $AIM and strategy of MetaOasisVR 1⃣ Quick recruitment of AI Talent 2⃣ Technological differentiation from other metaverse platforms and a long-term technological roadmap 3⃣ New rebranding tailored to AI technology application 4⃣ Establish marketing strategies tailored to market trends Tools introducing #AI technology are emerging around the world, and MetaOasis has also been able to decorate my land since the launch of the #mobile version In order to quickly build a creative economy, we want to keep up with global trends. We will brand "Inception," a #GenerativeAI #creator tool, for the long term, Through this, #MetaOasis will become a Generative AI-based #Web3 creator #ecosystem #metaverse in the future. It is a concept in which creators participate in creation based on psychometric methods such as #MBTI, and eventually #NFT content #Avatar, #Building, Environment, #Esset, #GamingContents The reason why we chose Avalanche Avalanche🔺 We considered various chains to expand the various games and ecosystems of Metaoasis, and among them, we judged that avalanche was excellent in efficiency. Avalanche Game Ecosystem View Centered on Subnet ✅ Blockchain game developers can distribute smart contracts by choosing between Avalanche's "C-Chain" and customized chain's "Subnet" depending on the function ✅ Ideal for self-chain subnet utilization when gas cost payment system, high transaction throughput, and strict access control are required ✅ Avalanche provides a tooling ecosystem and support programs for game development on the subnet ✅ Notable Avalanche game subnets, '#SHRAPNEL', #OffTheGrid and #MetaDOS A world of bottom-up inception that can quickly implement a metaverse environment We are planning to build it. It is ideal to use a subnet when 1) Flexible customized environment and 2) stability and security are important in game development. Because Subnet is its own chain, it allows developers to set logic specific to their games and provides an independent operating environment. For example, various functions, including gas payment systems and EVMs, can be customized. This flexibility effectively reduces costs and resources by allowing game developers to effectively implement the functions required by their games. In addition, the subnet enhances scalability and service quality through its own transaction processing capabilities. Since transaction completeness is not dependent on the main chain, the game service is not affected by transactions of other projects, so the user experience remains stable. Furthermore, access control and personal information protection functions can be set, ensuring high security and stability of user data. If you are concerned about introducing a subnet, but need to reduce resources and costs, you may start development on C-Chain, Avalanche's main network, and adopt a strategy to flexibly move assets to the subnet as needed in the future. Avalanche Subnet: Custom Chain Revolution for Games #Avalanche is pioneering the Web3 game market that has been developed beyond the limits of the existing game industry through subnet technology. Let's find out the strategy of utilizing the Avalanche subnet and the prospect of the Avalanche game ecosystem centered on the subnet. Submit Wallet Address for Migration 🔗 1. 💥IMPORTANT💥 🇳🇿IS NEW ZEALAND DESPERATE ENOUGH FOR RADICAL REFORM? Let's be honest. Are you sick and tired of the same old politics? Another pathetic Chris vs Chris election. Another election where Winston Peters decides who gets the keys to the Beehive. Another parade of recycled politicians asking for another chance. Another party list stacked with Misfits you've never voted for, quietly sneaking into Parliament through the back door. Where is the vision? Where is the courage? Where is the leadership that makes you believe New Zealand's best days are still ahead? I don't see it. Do you? ************ NZ IS NOT GOING FORWARD. NZ is going backwards. Every statistic that actually matters tells the story. ▪️ Families breaking apart. ▪️ Family harm climbing. ▪️ Child poverty. ▪️ Elderly poverty. ▪️ Homelessness. ▪️ Crime. ▪️ Drug addiction and meth devastating communities. ▪️ Mental health deteriorating. ▪️ Youth without hope. ▪️ Businesses closing. ▪️ Productivity falling. ▪️ Government debt exploding. ▪️ Kiwis leaving New Zealand in record numbers. Then politicians stand in front of cameras telling us everything is improving. They might believe it. New Zealanders don't. You can feel it. Something is fundamentally broken. This isn't the New Zealand we grew up loving. We've lost our way. And no one in Parliament seems capable of showing us the way back. ************ WE NEED REFORM Not another election. Not another slogan. Not another coalition of chaos. Not another reshuffle. Not another broken promise. A complete reform of our political system. Because here's the truth... The political parties aren't fixing New Zealand. They're protecting themselves. Parliament has become a fortress. Political parties protect political parties. Politicians protect politicians. The people come last. ************ PROJECT REFORM This is bigger than an election. This is about asking the question every Kiwi should now be asking... Is our political system still fit for purpose? Because if the system keeps producing failure... Maybe the system is the problem. ************ HERE'S WHAT REAL REFORM COULD LOOK LIKE 1. SLASH PARLIAMENT. Reduce Parliament from more than 120 MPs to 65 directly elected representatives. Smaller government. Less bureaucracy. Lower cost. More accountability. 2. SCRAP MMP. No more unelected List MPs. No more diversity or identity politics. No more party bosses deciding who gets into Parliament. If you want to represent New Zealand... Win your electorate. Earn it. 3. BREAK THE GRIP OF POLITICAL PARTIES. Political parties have become the gatekeepers of power. MPs spend more time being loyal to party leaders than loyal to voters. That has to end. Every representative should answer to the people who elected them. Not party headquarters. 4. DRAIN THE WELLINGTON SWAMP. Less bureaucracy. Less waste. Less career politics. More delivery. More accountability. More results. ************ A DIFFERENT KIND OF LEADERSHIP Imagine this... Instead of another politician who has climbed the ranks becoming Prime Minister... New Zealand elects a Visionary National Leader…a President…whose job is to build the strongest leadership team this country has ever seen. Not based on party politics. But based on excellence. The very best people New Zealand has to offer. Imagine selecting... ▪️ New Zealand's version of Elon Musk to rebuild our economy, modernise government, eliminate waste, introduce blockchain transparency for government spending, cut bureaucracy, reduce debt and put more money back into Kiwi pockets. ▪️ The nation's best educator leading education because they have actually produced outstanding results…not because they've climbed a political ladder. ▪️The country's best innovators. ▪️ The best business builders. ▪️ The best farmers. ▪️ The best infrastructure minds. ▪️ The best technology experts. ▪️ The best health leaders. A Dream Team of around twelve proven performers. Not academics. Not career politicians. Not people who've spent thirty years learning how to survive Parliament. People who've actually built things. Created jobs. Solved problems. Led organisations. Produced results. Real-world experience. Real accountability. Real leadership. Real Kiwis. ************ LOCAL PEOPLE STILL HAVE THE POWER Every electorate still elects its own representative. Every community still has its own voice. But instead of endless party games... Local representatives work alongside a national leadership team chosen because they are the very best in New Zealand. By the people. For the people. ************ WE ALSO NEED TO ASK THE BIG QUESTIONS If we truly want a new political system... Should New Zealand remain under the Commonwealth? Should we leave the monarchy? Why should we continue under a monarchy whose modern role has changed significantly from the one that existed when New Zealand was founded? Should New Zealand write a new Constitution that clearly defines: ▪️ Who we are. ▪️ What we value. ▪️ Our freedoms. ▪️ The limits of government. ▪️ The responsibilities of citizens. ▪️ Christianity as the founding faith that shaped this nation. These conversations shouldn't be feared. They should be had. ************ THIS ISN'T ABOUT ME Before anyone says it... No. I don't want to be President. My passion is seeing New Zealand finally get the leadership it deserves. I want my children... and my grandchildren... to inherit a nation that is stronger than the one we're leaving them today. I want to see moral leadership restored. Integrity restored. Common sense restored. Christian values honoured as the foundation that helped make New Zealand one of the greatest countries on earth. You don't have to be a Christian. But you should respect the values that built this nation. If the right visionary leader emerged, I would support them, and stand with them. Encourage them to never lose their way. I believe New Zealand needs an independent Accountability and Integrity Authority…a body with real teeth that holds every leader, every politician, and every public official to the highest standards of honest, transparency, and moral responsibility. Power without accountability always ends in corruption. Government must answer to the people. Not just on election day. Every day. That’s the kind of nation I want my grandchildren to inherit. ************ THE POLITICAL CLASS WILL NEVER DO THIS Why would they? This reform reduces their power. Reduces their numbers. Breaks their control. Ends the political party cartels. Exposes corruption. And puts every leader through a constant test of character, integrity and accountability. They're being asked to vote for their own redundancy. It won't come from Parliament. It must come from the people. ************ SO I'M ASKING ONE QUESTION. Is New Zealand desperate enough for reform yet? Or are we going to vote for the best of a bad bunch... Yet again. This election. Another coalition. Another compromise. Another three years. Another decline. History shows nations can change. Countries have transformed themselves through bold political reform. Just look at El Savador with Bukele and Argentina with Mikele. The question isn't whether it's possible. The question is... Are Kiwis ready? Or do we need to suffer a little longer before enough people finally say... Enough. ************ JOIN PROJECT REFORM This is not a political movement. This is a movement to reform New Zealand for the next generation. To install visionary leadership. Install accountability. Restore freedom. Restore prosperity. Restore hope. And if you believe you're one of the movers and shakers New Zealand needs... A nation builder. An innovator. A business leader. A proven problem-solver. Reach out to me. Project Reform needs New Zealand's best minds to help rebuild this nation. This is no longer... Left vs Right. National vs Labour. Chris vs Chris. This is now... THE PEOPLE vs THE POLITICIANS. The question is... Are you ready to do something different. Are you ready to Reform NZ? Join PROJECT REFORM here:

Guess it's that time of year again... The post to Start the rest of the "Star Citizen has raised 900 million and is still in alpha" posts 🤦🏽‍♂️.. monkey see monkey do... Followed by people looking for the highest priced ships to post... Conveniently leaving out the fact you can spend 30$ one time and spend anothet time after that because you can buy almost all ships in game currently with in game money. The game finished Kickstarter the end of 2012 with sky high promises, the game of a man who is a perfectionist and who has a massive vision. Has Star Citizen been managed well over the years? No, we got a hangar module in August of 2013 to let us walk around and view our ships. 2 years later The first iteration of the Persistent universe went live in August 2015 for the first time, here are the major milestones, The initial version of the Star Citizen Persistent Universe (PU) was first made available to backers as part of the Alpha 2.0 release in December 2015. This version was a huge deal, it's the release that combined several gameplay elements and introduced a persistent, multiplayer environment. The PU has been in an alpha, or early access, state ever since and continues to receive Monthly updates and new features with major milestone patches.. Below is a chronological list if all major patches . There have been a ton of "smaller ones" but each has brought new tech, features and improvements as well as bugs Alpha 2.0 (December 2015): The initial release, which allowed players to spawn at Port Olisar and introduced an early version of the persistent, multiplayer universe around the planet Crusader and its moons. Alpha 3.0 (December 2017): This update was considered a major core technology milestone, introducing features like planetary procedural technology, truly SEAMLESS atmospheric entry, cargo trading, and the addition of the Hurston system. Alpha 3.18 (March 2023) Implemented the Persistent Entity Streaming (PES) technology, a significant technical step that allows the game to track every item and ship across all servers, greatly enhancing the level of world persistence. Alpha 4.0 (Q4 2024) Introduced the second full star system, Pyro, which required the implementation of static server meshing technology to seamlessly link different servers. Alpha 4.0 and subsequent. Patches have brought tons of features, missions, activities, sandbox missions during it's. Course.. Today 2026 - Patch 4.4 is in development, currently being tested by us (the backers) which brings with it our 3rd Star Citizen, Nyx and Vanduul. NPCs (hostile aliens) once the NYX planets (specifically NYX 1)are patched in, that will bring with it the Genesis technology, the name is very bit a reference to the same technology from Star trek . We call it Planet Tech V5 which brings planetary visuals, interaction, biomes, textures, lighting, atmospherics an order of magnitude higher then what it already is. while Star Citizen is far from perfect and has had its massive share of growing pains and missteps.. Chris Roberts vision still lives and is in a better state then it's ever been for most of us. It's only getting better, this isn't meant to persuade anyone to play it's just mean to give you some info for those that care or are curious. Before you slander a game, atleast have enough respect to the developers who really bust thier ass day in and at out to bring this game to life.. To fix things, design weapons, ships, space etc. Video below was cut and put together from the Official to clip everything together and it shows NYX 1 Running the Genesis technology KungLi . Like the matrix no one can be told what Star Citizen is.. They need to see it for themselves to understand, The Visuals.. Flying from Space, through the atmosphere then landing anywhere you want, whenever you want, seeing the Star rise over the horizon.. #StarCitizen is beautiful IAE 2955 Event Comming up Nov 10th to Dec 5th, play and fly for free and try it

Guys, how do you invent a vaccine? Or wilder, how do you invent a vaccine during your PhD?! In a new episode of Hard Drugs, we talked to someone who did just that: Katharine Collins! A single malaria parasite that reaches your liver is enough to cause an infection. Worse, malaria has a complicated lifecycle with multiple stages, during which it changes shape and switches its surface proteins. And it’s co-evolved with humans for thousands of years, learning to evade and misdirect our immune system. That’s why it’s been so much harder to develop vaccines against than viruses or bacteria. But not impossible! In this episode, Jacob Trefethen and I are joined by Katharine Collins, who co-invented the second malaria vaccine, R21, during her PhD at the Jenner Institute in Oxford! After reading the expired patent of the first malaria vaccine (RTS,S), she stripped out the excess Hepatitis B surface antigen that RTS,S, leaving a particle with a much higher proportion of malaria antigen, used many newer processes, and paired it with a cheaper, more scalable adjuvant. The result is a vaccine that’s around a third of the price, easier to manufacture at scale, and may be more durable as well. It also means a vaccine that can reach far more children and save far more lives. Efficiency and scale matter enormously in the real world. It’s probably our coolest episode ever. You will learn lots of secret, behind the scenes information about how innovation really works. We chat about all this and much more! Timestamps: 00:00 Introduction 05:08 Our favourite parasites 10:12 How to invent a vaccine during your PhD 34:18 Why is it called the R21 vaccine? 37:32 Moving from the bench to hundreds of millions of doses 41:43 The vicious life cycle of malaria parasites 46:15 Malaria research IN MICE 53:03 The murderer in malaria research 55:51 Would you volunteer to get infected by malaria? 1:08:21 Why did the first malaria vaccine take so long? 1:18:26 Could we have had the vaccine sooner? 1:40:48 Vaccine versus vaccine: which one’s better? 1:46:53 If we did this again today, could we make better vaccines? 2:04:55 Conclusion and our reasons for pessimism and optimism
