I understand the comments who are wondering why the man was asked to leave. But it's also understandable if you put yourself in the position of the employees. Clearly the crazy lady won't stop. The man is being polite and helpful which is the fastest way to diffuse the situation. We don't know what happened afterwards. I hope and assume the lady gets a ban from the store or even charged with harassment. I assume they apologised to the man for it. Even though, let's be honest, not the stores fault either. It's not so much about what is right or wrong. But more so, how do we stop the crazy lady from screaming at our cashier? Cause it affects the whole store. From seeing this video, I highly doubt the employees blamed the man for anything at all. They seemed understanding and apologetic. It's not easy to solve a situation like this without it escalating even more.
