I was laughing last night because I was playing city trial with a buddy with game chat on, and apparently, I got a bazillion of the top speed powerups . I got to the end of the race and barely touched the controller lol

I love how throughout half of this you aren’t even in 1st place

People will look at this absolute peak and say “it not for me”. This is the pure essence of gaming, dumb fun.

Unironically, it feels like there are only 2 speeds in that game. Either unbelievably fast to the point of no control at all or so slow that I could probably walk faster

Reminds me of the old days on Nebula Belt on GCN where the Rocket Star could hit max speed by star drafting. It was always more fun with multiple Rocket Stars. Tried it in this game and it doesn’t work the same.
