If I ran into this problem on my property or a friend's property, I'd be sick to my stomach. A patch like this with the apparent moisture problems into the window mullions and sill is tough to fix. This is a spectacularly well done temporary fix. If the above gutter and eve problem hasn't been fixed also, this'll be back with a vengeance.
