awesome super metroid reference in jedi survivor

I still do the Super Metroid motion on my controller when I do wall jumps even when that's completely unnecessary.

Finally someone else got it!

This was 100% me during that sequence:

I was like "aww they're teaching us how to wall jum...hey wait a minute!!"

Half expected it to be a bad Italian accent saying “AYYY ITS-A ME THE METROID”

Will you need to save them from planetary destruction later on your way out?

That’s what that was. The length of the jumps triggered me but I was unable to put my finger on it.

Amazing how games are just now rediscovering show-don't-tell design from 30 years ago.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that recognized that. So damn good.
