Awesome window frame replacement. Such a tidy finish! 🎥ColourcoatedRestorations

Looks good but so many things wrong and will fail again. Woodcare system is ok but not great, left all new wood un primed critically underneath and end grain of sill !! No moisture break between brickwork and frame allowing moisture ingress to frame where it cannot be seen. Fail

Why not just replace the whole frame?

this applies everywhere, things start messy but end up beatiful when we keep working on them

Why are these videos so addictive

Should have been replaced with aluminium windows.

Seriously that window was at the point of ripping out and completely replacing

Exactly the same thing is going to happen again.

This is so beautiful 😍

why not rip out the whole old window--if 1 part is rotting, the rest will soon follow, so best to replace the whole thing..and do the same for the rest of the house. besides, that wasn't hurricane proof

Great work, but tbh who wants tiny windows split in 4 without double glassing?

Great job

Wasn't it cheaper to just get rig of the old one and place a new one ?
