The Islamic Republic has taken an assimilation policy with regards to all ethnic minorities specifically towards Azerbaijanis to achieve “one language, one nation” policy. This is the organized construction of parallel Islamic infrastructure inside a red state: A bigger worship and community center Their own cemetery system Religious education that includes Islamic laws for the next generation Constant fundraising to expand further Their community is growing, and they are openly building for that growth. More buildings, more programs, more permanent presence. Meanwhile, Republican leaders in Georgia have done almost nothing to slow this down. Some even celebrate this kind of development as diversity and enrichment. There is no serious pushback against the creation of separate "religious" systems that operate by their own rules and teach children Islamic laws instead of full assimilation into American culture. This is what happens when politicians turn a blind eye, or quietly help, while Islam builds permanent footholds in our communities. We are not just seeing different beliefs. We are seeing the steady Islamization of parts of Georgia through organized expansion, separate institutions, and the raising of a new generation inside this system.
