On the one hand, RSS gets crores in foreign funding, while on the other, minority-run institutions and NGOs are subjected to laws design to harass them. Buckling under pressure, the Home Minister has now been forced to recommend that it be sent to a JPC, instead of bulldozing it in Parliament. Even in the JPC, we will continue to strongly oppose this Bill and will not allow these unconstitutional and coercive provisions to become law.
